We recently discovered a small leak from a drain pipe in our basement. Donnie made a phone call and soon four more Brownlee team members were on-site with an expanded selection of equipment. They quickly tracked the issue to a vertical pipe behind a main-floor wall. Apparently, a long-ago installed patch had given way. The crew replaced a 27" section of PVC to fix the leak. I'm optimistic that the root cause was identified and resolved. The service was performed today so we will continue to monitor the main floor vertical pipe and basement location where the leak initially revealed itself. With this issue behind us, I asked the team to perform an integrity check on our old clay sewer line. They added the camera service on free-of-charge and verified that, while old, the sewer pipe appears to be in reasonably good shape. The price was reasonable and the team was respectful to our home.
