I have called Belle View 4 times with the last being today. The first time was several years ago. The water pipe going to the outside hose bib had burst over the winter. Most of the plumbers I called quoted me a ridiculously expensive quote without even coming to the house. That is when I called Belle View Plumbing. We made an appointment and Ibrahim was on time. No waiting around. After a quick examination, he explained the problem. I had him replace the burst pipe and install a new shut-off valve inside the house so the pipe would not freeze in the winter. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Yesterday was the fourth time I called him. Over the last week, I had noticed a reduction in water pressure in my bathroom faucet. I called Belle View at 2:50 pm. After explaining the problem to Ibrahim he said he was on his way to another job but could stop by my house now. He arrived within 5 minutes. After taking a quick look he explained to me that the aerator was dirty. He popped it out cleaned it and told me I needed a new one. He did not want to charge me since he was at my house for less than 5 minutes. I insisted on giving him money but he refused repeatedly. I am not a plumber but I can fix a few things on my own, but I depend on experts like Ibrahim for the ones I can not. Belle View Plumbing can be trusted to give you an honest assessment at a fair price. Each person I have referred them to has called thanking me for the recommendation. Ibrahim is knowledgable, trustworthy, honest, and dependable. What more can you expect? I wholeheartedly recommend Belle View Plumbing. read more

Best we could have asked for. The person to whom I'm related by marriage first notified me of a disturbance in our water closet's operation around 4pm. After making contact with Belle View and receiving a price quote, I notified the advocate at Belle View that I would be attempting to collect several price quotes. I went on collecting price quotes, and in an unusually candid discussion, I mentioned the above identified price quote from Belle View, and the person in the candid discussion suggested that was a really good price quote, the one from Belle View. I called Belle View back and notified the advocate that I would very much appreciate their business, the advocate indicated that he would be arriving at the agreed upon time. He arrived, he TCB'd, and we were ultimately very satisfied. This was on a Saturday night mind you. What a deal! Highest regards for Belle View plumbing and their entire staff. I can't recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor, disturb the normal operation of your water closet, call Belle View plumbing, thank me later. Straight cash homey! read more

My 40 gallon electrical water heater needed replacing - it was leaking and actually started on fire. I got quotes from four plumbing companies and Ibrahim came in $200 to $400 less than most others. He was the only one who came by the see the situation before giving me a quote. He was willing to do it on a Saturday without charging me a weekend surplus fee (I called Thursday afternoon). I wanted to cover a large hole in the drywall next to the water heater that I could only do once the tank was removed and he didn't mind giving me 15 minutes to make the repair. The new tank was a little taller than the old tank so the covering on the electrical wiring was unable to go into the covered tank hook-up area so he texted the problem and a picture to an electrical company that he knows to get me a quote for the needed electrical work - which was a real bonus. I highly recommend Ibrahim and Belle View Plumbing. read more

I truly cannot say enough good things about Ibrahim of Belle View Plumbing. When my hot water heater broke in the middle of winter, I called him after reading good reviews about his services and he responded immediately. He was prompt, courteous, honest, and extremely helpful as I struggled to navigate the red tape of my home warranty company. When after two and a half weeks I eventually gave up on the warranty company's ability to ever ship a replacement heater (covered in full by the warranty), I called Ibrahim and he was installing a new heater within hours. His responsiveness, flexibility, and honesty were a stark contrast to the ineptitude I had been dealing with for weeks. I will absolutely be using Belle View Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them to others who may be searching for a reliable, fair, honest, and hardworking company. read more

Hands down, best contractor experience I've had in years. I had a outdoor garden hose that was leaking which I was unable to remove and replace myself. Called Belle View Plumbing in the morning and they were at my house that evening. They are honest about the work and the cost associated with it as well. I asked about another item I thought might be troublesome and Belle View Plumbing advocated not to repair it at that time since it was doing just fine. I couldn't believe that a plumber gave me their HONEST feedback and didn't do extra work when they could have just to rack up the bill. Again, Belle View Plumbing is amazing. You won't regret it at all. Sometimes it feels like it can be rare to find an honest contractor, and I couldn't be happier that I found these guys. USE BELLE VIEW PLUMBING, YOU WON"T REGRET IT. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! read more

I recently contacted Belle View Plumbing about a repair to a damaged copper pipe in my ceiling that was leaking steadily. They responded to my inquiry within an hour and had a plumber at my home that same day who came prepared and fully resolved the problem in only 30 minutes. I could not believe how fast and well-prepared they were to fully resolve my plumbing issue. This was very unlike other plumbers who insist on sending someone to the home simply to look around and build a quote, which typically costs a $100-200 fee, then get your repair scheduled for a week or two later when you will be billed for the actual repair. Hiring Belle View Plumbing was fast and inexpensive, which was exactly what I needed for my situation. I will absolutely hire them again for any home plumbing issue that arises. read more

Really great local northern Virginia plumber. I fully clogged a kitchen sink drain by trying to snake it myself when it was draining slowly. By Friday at 11pm I had a sink full of black water that wasn't draining at all. I called Belle View Saturday at 9:30 am and Ibrahim was here at 12:30pm. He was very responsive to texts confirming ahead of time and showed up and did the job quickly. He snaked years of grease out as far as 25 ft. down the drain pipe, no way I could have resolved this on my own. The price was reasonable for short notice weekend work and most importantly, my family had our kitchen back with little delay. I will call Belle View in the future for plumbing work. Highly Recommend! read more

Woke up to the sound of running water in the basement on a Sunday morning-water pouring down a wall. I called 3 different plumbers and am still waiting for a call back from 2 of them. In the mean time, in less than 2 hours, I not only got a call from Willis, he came and assessed the problem, went to the warehouse to attain the needed part, and came back to fix the problem. Not knowing plumbing prices, I think I paid a very fair price for an emergency Sunday repair Willis could not have been nicer or more professional. He offered a few more suggestions that may save me future repairs, but was not pushy about the work. Willis and Belle View Plumbing are winners in my book!! Thank you!! read more

We flagged Ibrahim down one day when my neighbor was getting a plumbing issue fixed, and he kindly came into our bathroom to see what the problem was. After describing it, he was quite honest about ways to save money on the plumbing cost, and even lent us one of his tile cutting tools so we could cut through the tile ourselves (to save on cost). He showed up very promptly the next evening and gave us great advice after helping diagnosing the problem, and honestly suggesting that for a Jacuzzi tub, we call a specialized Jacuzzi technician. He was honest, knowledgeable, and reliable! I'd call him again in a hearbeat for any other plumbing issues we have. read more

I recently used Belle View Plumbing for a residential plumbing job and had a great experience with Ibrahim. He was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He arrived as expected, completed the work quickly, kept the area clean, and the price was fair for the job. What I appreciated most was how straightforward the experience felt. Ibrahim explained the work clearly, and I never felt pressured into additional repairs or services. Based on this experience, I would gladly call Belle View Plumbing again for future plumbing work. Ibrahim made a strong first impression, and I am happy to recommend him based on the service I received. Five stars. read more

Belle View Plumbing has the professionals you need to get the job done and, more importantly, at a fair price. I'm currently renting my home, and the company my landlord typically goes to for plumbing needs in the past have been unresponsive, expensive, and often cannot complete the task at hand in a single visit. This was not the case when Ibrahim came by and fixed my kitchen sink. He was polite, professional, and after another issue arose came by on the same day to resolve it without any additional charge. I now have my go-to plumber in the area and even once I move out in the future they'll still be the ones I call for help. read more

Reached out to Belle View Plumbing on a Sunday about getting a new water heater. The reviews speak for themselves. The owner responded in about an hour saying he could stop by that evening to take a look at it. I said it could wait as it was not an emergency and he didn't have to stop by on a Sunday but he said he didn't mind. The next day he provided me with a couple of options and a very reasonable quote. A week later he came and completed tge instal in about 2 hours. Everything has been working great since then and we will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend! They're responsive, reliable and affordable! read more

This was our second time using Belle View Plumbing, and once again I was perfectly satisfied. This job was to replace an indoor shutoff valve for an outdoor hose faucet with a handle valve. The existing valve was an old knob valve that had started to leak. I phoned the owner, Ibrahim, on a Monday afternoon and he offered an appointment between 12 & 2 the next day. He arrived 15 min early and had the job done within the hour. He also instructed me in how to properly drain the new shutoff valve when we winterize next Fall. I totally recommend Belle View for fast, professional, and reasonably priced plumbing services. read more

We have used Belle View Plumbing for three separate repairs at our house now, including repairing a sink and toilet, and we have been very pleased with their professional service and affordable rates. They were easy to work with on scheduling appointments, and they arrived on time and quickly resolved our plumbing issues. I am usually a "do-it-yourselfer", but I did not have the tools to do these jobs. Their representative could tell I was interested in learning what the issue was and how to resolve it, and he took the time to explain each step. We will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

We highly recommend Belle View Plumbing. After listening to our plumbing issue, Ibrahim scheduled an appointment for the first thing the next morning and arrived with the necessary parts to fix the problem. He did a great job of communicating what needed to be done and promptly replaced our leaky faucet and changed out the very old valves. His professionalism, knowledge, and honesty are topnotch and we will be calling upon him again for help with our plumbing needs in our 60+ year old home. If you have plumbing issues, call Ibrahim at Belle View Plumbing because he is the best. read more

I have used this plumber exclusively for the past 5 years for jobs large and small. I get fast, reliable service. The work has always been perfect and reasonable. Recently, Ibrahim replaced my toilet. As with many things regarding the plumbing in Belle View, there were unseen complications. Ibrahim is experienced and knowledgeable and got the job done beautifully. He discussed various toilet choices and helped me pick out the right one. I am very happy with this job. He has replaced the stem in my bathtub and unstuck my disposal. He is definitely my go to plumber. read more

I want to thank Ibrahim for doing a great job in replacing my outside hose bib. He first made time to come back and check the issue (FREE) and gave me a very reasonable quote. He arrived timely, took his time and completed the job; all the while giving me tips to prevent an issue when winter arrives. He tested the hose bib and made sure there were no leaks and everything was working as it should. Great service, great price, and most importantly - an honest man. Thank you Ibrahim for your work and any future plumbing issues I have, I will definitely be calling you. read more

I called Ibrahim at 7:40 this morning and he arrived within 30 minutes (if it was that long). He quickly diagnosed the hot water heater problem...our pilot light had gone out and my husband wasn't smart to figure out how to re-light it. Ibrahim got us back in business...and then told me not to worry about payment! We had used Ibrahim before, to replace a failed sump pump. He arrived very quickly for that service call as well, replaced the pump in very short order, and charged us a very reasonable price. Ibrahim is the only plumber we'll call! read more

I am very happy that I contacted Ibrahim last week for some plumbing issues we were having at home - a clogged kitchen sink and two leaking faucets outside. Ibrahim responded right away and we set up a day and time, and he was very flexible when I requested to change the arrival window that day due to a scheduling conflict on my part. He arrived right on time and the work was completed within the hour and he charged what I consider to be a very fair price. We won't hesitate to contact him again in the future with our plumbing needs. read more
