Within less than two years of service, major components began failing. Instead of honoring their installation, they have hit me with maintenance bills and suggested services upward of $1,000.00, totaling an additional $3,000 in unexpected recent failure of the systems compressor on what should last at least 10-15 years without issue and be an under-warranty within brand-new system. In other words the unit is not functioning and has experienced a catastrophic failure during this 90+ degree weather. The unit has now stopped working completely. Despite multiple phone calls, they refuse to come out and fix it correctly. The owner is actively refusing to service the unit by falsely claiming I "cussed out staff"--a convenient excuse to avoid fixing a faulty installation they already took $7,500 for. Because they refuse to honor their work, I am now forced to pursue legal action against them. It was a great experience when they were selling me the system and taking my money, but their post-sale support is terrible.
