What I liked most was that Bill was a licensed plumber who was experienced enough to test his pipework for leaks before leaving. Star is reasonably priced for its quality of work. What I would liked even more is if Jason had showed up earlier to assist Bill earlier in carrying a water heater and uninstalling a legacy water heater. Note that it has a wide cargo truck for delivering long pipes or water heater and every foreseeable plumbing tool so it needs a larger than average parking above ground spot to succeed.
