Upon receiving the compressor, Pablo the managing technician, came over an did the technically challenging tasks of retrofitting the heat pump to work with the new compressor, installing new parts to rejuvenate the system, and waiting patiently for the system to optimize before turning it on. Overall, wirking with Cardinal allowed me to save my existing system, while making improvements at the same time.
