One of our bathrooms had an issue where the bathtub, sink, and toilet were all clogged, and not draining. We had one overrated corporate plumbing company come out and say the issue was a dead animal in the plumbing ventilation pipes. After a few tries to remove it with a snake, they quoted over $3K to knock out our wall to get to where they were convinced the problem was located. Luckily, we had also reached out to a few other plumbers, and Israel was able to stop by later that evening after all of his other jobs. He had what the corporate company did not: know-how and the right tools. He had a snake camera, and was able to quickly rule out the dead animal theory, then after a little work discovered the issue was roots in the drain pipes. He was also able to find the outside pipe that the corporate guy could not, and he even opened up the manhole cover in the street to show me how all the water was flowing. Israel was able to come back a few days later and fixed the issue with a power-wash of the pipes, and now everything has been flowing perfectly ever since. On top of all that, his initial visit and follow-up fix totaled less than the corporate company's "inspection" visit. Incredible!
