Hiring a plumber (or any housing contractor, for that matter) always seems like a crap shoot. Will they be reliable? Efficient? Reasonably priced? I am happy to report that Wes from Crown Plumbing was all those things. This is now my "go to" for any future plumbing meds. read more

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but Crown Plumber in Ashburn absolutely deserves one. I had a plumbing issue that was starting to stress me out, and from the first phone call, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who genuinely cared about helping -- not just booking another job. They responded quickly and showed up right on time, which already put them ahead of a lot of contractors I've dealt with before. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of just throwing out technical terms. I really appreciated that. It made me feel informed and confident about the repair. What stood out most to me was the honesty. There was no pressure to upsell anything unnecessary. They focused on fixing the actual problem and making sure it wouldn't turn into something bigger down the road. The pricing was clear and fair, and there were no surprise charges at the end. The work itself was done efficiently and with obvious attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and you honestly wouldn't even know work had been done -- except that the issue was completely resolved. It's hard to find reliable service companies these days, but Crown Plumber exceeded my expectations. If you're in Ashburn and need plumbing work done right the first time, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Definitely five-star service in my book. read more

We have had two experiences with Crown Plumber and the latest was so exceptional I wanted to document it here. We had a leak in our basement and believed it to be caused by a toilet leaking. A plumber came (not Crown) and fixed the toilet but the drip persisted. When I tried to call this unnamed plumber back, he said he was out of town for a week. Ugh! Crown to the rescue! I called crown and they sent Elvis over to explore our problem. Elvis quickly determined that the toilet was not our problem and set about exploring other options. After some good detective work, he discovered a very slow leak inside one of our walls. He expeditiously fixed it and explained the cause. This guy knows his business! We also appreciated his being upfront about the cost of his visit had was careful to document the itemized bill. He even carried a book of possible repairs and their cost for transparency. It is hard to find a good plumber but I have high praise for Crown and recommend them without hesitation. read more

Fantastic service! Came over during a rain storm when I noticed our sump pump wasn't working. Offered fair prices to fix or replace and had a new pump installed less than 2 hours of my call. read more

I gave Crown Plumber a 5 when we used them in 2020 and they are still GREAT!! We had a toilet issue recently and a neighborhood handyman just made it worse! We should have called Crown right away but once we did the toilet was fixed. Work is spot on, plumber is super friendly and pricing is very fair. HIGHLY recommend AGAIN !!! :O) read more

They were very responsive and didn't charge an emergency fee. I would recommend them for other plumbing services.

Switching from an electric cooktop to a gas one didn't seem like a big project, or so we thought. In hindsight it's a multi phase project involving numerous entities/specialists, which guarantees a complicated process and much coordination. The most crucial step is adding a gas line, which requires calculations, functionality, and a permit from the County. Before we studied the issue in depth, we faced a completely wide range of proposals varying in competence, planning, and pricing ($850 - $2,250!). We opted to apply for the permit ourselves and were educated on the requirements so we could better judge the offers. This is where Edmund stood out right away: no nonsense, or even worst - false claims as to the necessary scope of the project. Instead he clearly explained to us the work, options, and criteria for making the right decision. The offer price was fair and adequate, matched the effort and professional requirement, and performed in a clean, quick, and efficient manner. The work passed inspection with no issues, and Edmund helped us install the cooktop as well, which no other gas installer was willing to do. This was by far the best experience we had with a contractor. For any plumbing and gas projects in the future Edmund is our man! read more

I had a leak in the ceiling of my living room. I called and the master plumber came out early the next day. He was amazing - knowledgeable, intelligent, thorough, effective. It was a total pleasure working with him. I highly recommend this company. read more

Discovering a leaking toilet (or any plumbing issue) always feels so frustrating, but Crown Plumber made the situation seem so easy to deal with! I trusted all the amazing reviews and sent in a request late Sunday night for a Tuesday afternoon visit. On Monday I received an e-mail confirming my appointment. Wes accommodated my work schedule, showed up on time after a courtesy call and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem in under an hour. The price was beyond reasonable. Everything was cleaned up and spotless after! Do not even give one of those big/chain companies a chance, save yourself the money & headache. read more

Not having to call a plumber for many years, I went to Yelp to find a highly-rate one. Going with Crown Plumber and their perfect 5 star rating was the right choice. Wes called about an hour before his arrival (well within the appointment window) and arrived as estimated. He was friendly, but got to work right away and had the issue identified within 15 minutes or less. He fixed it for a very reasonable price and was on his way. Definitely a 5 star experience with Crown Plumber. read more

Needed an assessment of my sump pump and exterior drain system. Crown was able to come out the next day to assess, and provide me with options. Once I made a decision, they were able to again visit my home within 24 hours to complete the sump replacement work. The tech did a great job, replaced the pump and cleaned the sump chamber. He cleaned up the area and reviewed all specifics with me. Overall great experience at a fair price, would recommend! read more

Crown showed up for my emergency leak in the kitchen. They swapped out the old piping in my kitchen, changed out the kitchen valves, and also changed my broken valve for the main house water line. They showed up in less than 30 minutes of my call! Only thing that made this bittersweet was the $800 price tag. I understand it was an emergency, but I felt it was steep. He was only here for an hour tops! Then again, what do I know about plumbing.... Regardless, I was happy with the response time and solution. Definitely recommended for Sterling/Countryside support! read more

Unfortunately the in-wall pipe to an outdoor spigot broke and started leaking. I was able to shut off supply so it wasn't urgent. Called Crown Plumber. Next day Wes was out. They gave me a 2 hour window and Wes called when we was 20 minutes out. He replaced the broken section of pipe and the outdoor spigot for $385. Great service and fair prices. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Wes. read more

Crown Plumber is fantastic! We found ourselves in a bigger spot of bother than I could remedy on my own. The First local Plumber we contacted told us the wait was two days. Crown Plumber made a promise to come to the house the very same day, and kept the promise. The diagnosis was rapid and I easily understood what had to be done and why. The pricing was very fair. Ellis worked in an organized, elegant way, he resolved our problem in short order and with high value for the money. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I hope you will work with him, too. read more

Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I typically handle my plumbing issues on my own but needed a bit of help with some issues in my home. I'm definitely not disappointed I called them and will use them again next time I'm in a bind. read more

Excellent service. They took care of the problem within a few hours from the time I called. Explained things clearly.

Wes came by yesterday after we had noticed some staining on our ceiling under our primary bathroom upstairs last week. He arrived within the window we were given and gave us a call before arriving. He was super nice and thoroughly explained to us the issue at hand and how it would need to be fixed and gave us an estimate of the cost. This made us very happy as we previously had another plumber out to assess the problem and he was adamant that it was an old stain and we should wait for it to become a bigger issue.. Trusting my gut, I called Crown Plumber and was able to get an answer we were comfortable with. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them going forward with any future needs. read more

Best Plumbing experience ever!!!! Water was leaking from the ceiling in my storage room (basement area) and realized it was our kitchen faucet. There was a good amount of water that had damaged some items under the sink. After calling 4 other plumbing companies, who either didn't pick up their phone or right away charged a huge $$$ tab just for coming to the house, I found Crown Plumber who made themselves available that same day. Not only was the representative extremely friendly and super helpful, the total charge (tax included) was only $40!!!!! He fixed everything right there on the spot by checking the basic fundamentals first and identifying the problem immediately. Thank you Wes - you're a true rock star. So glad I connected with Crown Plumber. read more

Amazing service. Much better to get professional service as at least they only charge you for quality work instead of finding other issues. I was able to schedule same day appointment to get my kitchen clogged fix. It was clogged again after few days but these guys came on the same day to fix at no cost. Keep up the good work! read more

Edmond is an outstanding plumber! Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very fairly priced. He came in and corrected an improperly installed exterior faucet done by another company just a couple of years ago. He had to replace the shutoff, some piping and the hose bib. Did it in record time all while having to work in a very narrow closet in order to access the pipe line. Plus he installed a much better shut off than what had been there. I'd highly recommend Edmond to anyone in need of having any kind of plumbing work done! read more
