That's where the positives ended. He relit the pilot light and THEN told me it was $250 just to relight the pilot light -- something most plumbers include in the basic fee. After paying that ridiculous charge, my water still never got hot. He didn't check, wait to see - - just said he relit it. He did make sure he had a sales pitch though. Without fully diagnosing the problem, he jumped straight to recommending a $875 burner assembly or a $5,250 replacement water heater, (complete with estimates) claiming mine was 11 years old, but my house is only 9 years old. Either the math was off, or they were hoping I wouldn't question it. I paid $250 for nothing -- no fix, no follow-up, just out the window, whoever recommended them should be ashamed of themselves. Definitely a bait-and-switch. If you're looking for real solutions and honest pricing, I strongly suggest calling someone else.

They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service! Chris was the technician dispatched. Don't hire this company for large jobs! We had to replace water pipes in our home. We were…read moreinitially told the project would take 3 days (first red flag) and it ended up taking much longer. Raymond did a poor job of communicating the project schedule and next steps. We never knew when he was actually coming by to complete the work. When we called for updates we got the run around or he blamed it on other entities. One of the last steps was replacing the concrete, seen in the photos. We asked how many people would be working with him, he said a few around 4 people. In actuality it just was him and his son that helped. This was the sloppiest concrete job and evident that Raymond, a plumbing expert, has no business laying concrete. He definitely should've outsourced this part of the project. The concrete is uneven and bows down, which is a safety hazard. Left a broken piece of the wood frame in and just overall the messiest concrete application I've seen. Our garden bed is ruined, he didn't put enough dirt back before adding the brick. We're extremely unsatisfied with Odemz craftsmanship. We would've appreciated if Raymond was upfront about his capabilities and any changes in the project schedule. We feel he just took our money, knowing he didn't know what he was doing.
