They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Also the level of customer service he gives is incredible and I have worked with major pool cleaning companies before but I will be staying with him from now on. Michael also called the following day to check the status of my pool and came back free of charge and added 5 gallons on liquid chlorine for free.
