From initial meeting with the construction lead, to selecting the right materials and colors, through completion and caring for the new surface, everything went well. Their discerning designer was the soul of patience when I struggled to find the right tile, offered dozens and dozens of options until we found the perfect one. The construction lead and crews did great work and kept everything cleaned up. We are completely happy with how our pool looks and feels, both when first finished and now after being used all summer. Yes, we recommend Watercrafters!

I was told the flange was not available in stores, and that they would have to order a whole motor with the flange attached. With labor: $1,000. I found just the flange on for $100 with next-day delivery. They back-ordered it instead. It took 6 weeks. I called three times to follow up. Once the part was in, we scheduled the install. We had to reschedule that appointment, and the next availability was 4 more weeks out. Work started in June. The tech showed up November 4th, didn't announce he was here, left the front panel off and the old motor on the deck. The $550 clean we paid for in June still wasn't done. A $100 part I could get next-day turned into a $1,000 motor replacement and six months without a working spa.
