His expertise of the pool and equipment was so evident when compared with other techs. He always treated my pool like his own. That expertise and caring translated very well as he started his own company. If he, by chance, does not have an immediate answer, he will find it. He has grown his company and surrounded himself with very competent and trustworthy staff Including his son, Anthony. XILOA has done everything for my pool from opening and closing each year, to changing out new equipment, to assessing and fixing water balance issues, to my recent new tiling and plastering which looks fantastic. They are always there for vacation cleaning and balancing so I never have to worry. This company has taken all worries away from me with the the ownership of a pool. It is rare today to work with a company that takes pride in their service. Thank you Xiloa!

Jeff is always so professional and he always responds back via email or phone call. Our FAV guy is Spencer. He's so awesome. He goes above and beyond. His knowledge of pools and spas are unmatched. He's literally there for us 24-7. We don't know what we would do without him! We always like to make sure he's the one that's servicing the pool for us. Trust me, this company won't disappoint :-)

For the last 7 years, Dog Days has been servicing the pool on a home that I rent to tenants…read more Tenants often know little about pools and need extra handholding; thus, the equipment requires extra vigilance on the part of the pool company. Dog Days has done an unbelievably good job of working with the tenants, taking care of the pool, and keeping me informed. Jeff and his team have gone above and beyond in my estimation -- especially with difficult tenants. I can't say enough good things about them: great communication and so easy to work with. They were a lifesaver for me, trying to manage a rental home with a pool, and I recommend them highly.

We've had issues with our pool, and they've been willing/able to help in multiple ways. Obviously, they'll come out and do the work (and do a great job), but a pleasant surprise is that often, rather than send someone out and charge a fee to address an issue, Chris would give me a call and walk me through addressing the issue myself. Not only that, he also identifies ways for us to save money on equipment by making smarter choices. I feel more capable of addressing issues with the pool now myself and trust that Hydratech is a good partner for us in managing the pool. Highly recommend.

You should absolutely steer clear from this unethical company. Expect broken promises,…read moreself-imposed installation dates they won't meet, and to be left hanging repeatedly. Sadly, you cannot count on Chris to keep his word, or even care about his commitments. What he is good at, is blaming everyone else in the world for his failing to show up or communicate with you. He'll never call, never update, never show, up, and generally not follow up. There are many quality pool companies out there. I highly recommend you find one more trustworthy than this one. IT makes me sad having to write this review, but I was given little choice, based on Chris' clearly just not caring -- and leaving my family hanging.
