A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

Visit 2: Install parts I ordered and fix. Only charged me for labor time which worked out as 1hr despite 2 visits. Problem (needed new filter) completely fixed and lasted all Summer so far. They came less than 48hrs after parts I ordered arrived. Tech (Brett) said they know the timeliness necessary on broken filters and want to take care of customers.
