Four thousand dollars plus gone down the drain. The new heater should have lasted for much longer.

Choosing Mazariegos Brothers to renovate our pool was the best decision I made as a pool owner…read more From the very moment we first met Elmer, and he proposed his solutions, we knew we would be in good hands. In fact my review today is to convey to other perspective customers that Mazariegos Brothers truly performed beyond every expectation. I believe much of our great experience was because of Mazariegos' culture of caring and appreciating their customers. Elmer was onsite everyday to follow-up with the crew and keep us posted on the next day's events. The workmanship and attention to every detail was outstanding, and at the end of the day the crew left the worksite better than when they arrived. A+++ to Mazariegos Brothers. Thank you for taking great care of us!

What we thought would be an easy project to replace a skimmer, turned into a major project when we…read morefound out we had several leaky lines in our pool pipes. We ended up deciding to replace all the pool pipes and deep end drain. During the process, we also decided to replace several concrete pool deck slabs. Magerrios Brothers were awesome during this whole process and pivoted with us when we made the changes. Jason Fach was our project manager and was super responsive with any questions or concerns. All the people we dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful to make this an enjoyable process. The project is now complete. The pool is closed for winter so we'll find out how well the pipes work in the summer time but all the pressure testing went well. The concrete slabs look great. We wish we could have done the whole pool deck since now we have weird patches with new versus old, but that was all we could do at the moment. We look forward to contracting again with Magerrios Brothers to renovate the inside of the pool and hope to get Jason again for our project manager.

We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. He is honest and extremely easy to work with ! All our questions were answered immediately. We signed with Patrick /Patriot Pools and within 2 weeks our pool was complete and filled with water! We are beyond grateful to Patriot Pools for not only taking on this project, but also for the countless hours he spent speaking with my family and providing help and direction. I wish we would have chosen Patriot Pools from the start, our experience would have been completely different! He has single handedly restored our faith in pool company's! He has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We highly recommend him and his company for any and all your pool needs!!! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you!! Wish we could give 100 Extremely grateful customers, The Boehmer and Burnham families!

I hired PBS to paint some rooms in my new home which was empty at the time. I sent a video detailing every wall to be painted and the colors to be painted. Long story short, they did well in some areas, really bad in others. My main level, I had an accent wall painted. It was so sloppily done that I had to laugh. And they got some of that color paint (dark blue) on an adjacent (light gray) wall. I wanted the basement to be a lighter color than it originally was but since they didn't prime with a light color paint, it came out dark. I've since had it repainted. They got paint all on my floors. there was a bright orange wall that was painted to match the rest of my family room: after 3 years, that orange paint is visible in some spots. It was always visible at the bases because of incomplete coverage after they painted. When I called the Khairy to make him aware of the issues, he did come out and mentioned that it wasn't done on purpose... Ok. They came back to fix the issues. The paint on the floor was cleaned up, the accent wall still looked messy. I had work done in my home later and that wall was the first thing my contractor commented on. Overall, very nice people. Hopefully they've improved, but I've decided to do a huge paint job in my home and I'm not considering them.
