4M saved our pool party! The day before our son's graduation party something was happening to the…read morepool and it was turning green. I called 4M and explained that we were hosting a pool party the next day and asked for help. I was worried because it was still pool opening season and I knew it was a busy time. Charlie came out, assessed the situation, and told us our old pump motor had failed. He installed a new (and much better) motor, added chemicals to the pool and gave a few instructions (including call him if I had any questions or problems). The pool was so clear for the party that I never gave it another thought! A few years ago we had a really rainy winter and despite lowering the water level at closing, the water level reached the rim. Charlie came out and drained it back down at no charge. We were worried about it happening when we were out of town, so he recommended a small pump. Now I have peace of mind. Every season I count on 4M to open and close my pool, and I know they are always there to help if anything else happens. I tried several companies before I found their unparallelled service! I highly recommend 4M!

The whole problem was found and fixed in the same day. Brian is smart, efficient and dependable. I highly recommend The HotTubMan!

Our pool has damaged from a tornado and we were recommended to contact Swimstyle for repairs. We're sure glad we did. From the very beginning Nancy was very helpful guiding us through the quoted repairs, options available, and providing coping and liner samples. Joe was excellent in fielding renovation questions, typically providing email responses within just a few hours. Israel leads a team of Rockstars performing all the renovation work like a symphony of artists. Professionalism through and through! Perhaps the single most meaningful act was that of a simple one. We have a young daughter and at the end of each work day, unasked a member of the Swimstyle Team would re-setup the pool safety fence. This mindfulness for the safety of our daughter was very much appreciated and heartfelt. We can't recommend Swimstyle strong enough, you'll be very pleased with the staff and services they provide. There retail storefront, Arundel Pool & Spa would mirror similar experiences and associated feedback. All the best, Sal

We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. He is honest and extremely easy to work with ! All our questions were answered immediately. We signed with Patrick /Patriot Pools and within 2 weeks our pool was complete and filled with water! We are beyond grateful to Patriot Pools for not only taking on this project, but also for the countless hours he spent speaking with my family and providing help and direction. I wish we would have chosen Patriot Pools from the start, our experience would have been completely different! He has single handedly restored our faith in pool company's! We had several projects that needed to be completed around our home including a patio and walkway,…read moreas well as tree planting. I must say from the very start Craig, was a pleasure to work with, from our first meeting all the way through the process. He walked our property with me as I explained to him what it was we were looking for and gave insights and suggestions that were within my budget. Most contractors that came out gave inflated estimates and were trying to price with "add ons" that were not needed. Once we chose BR, Craig was top notch all the way. He was communicative, open, honest, and most of all......on time. I can not tell you how refreshing that is!! Most contractors I have ever dealt with are all over the place with time frames and scheduling (what's new right). But BR was different. Once contracted they gave specific deadlines and not only met every one of them, but were finished early!! Early and quality work they will stand by. Amazing in this day and age! BR workers were just as friendly and polite as their principle. I would highly recommend BR Design and build. I would choose them again and again based on this very pleasant and easy transaction. Craig Smith and his team at BR Design and Build are fantastic. Thank you!

Never in my life have I had someone who represents a company curse at a soon to be paying customer. Beware! I am a female as well which makes it even more gross that their male representative could be so ugly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Edit to response: I called with questions I had pertaining to installing a cover on my pool. Every customer has questions. I need to make sure you all fit my needs if I'm going to drop $15,000-20,000 on a pool cover. I have every right to ask questions. You started right off the bat as crude and rude "what do you want' very unprofessional and disrespectful. I stand by what I say and I told you I'm studying different pool companies to see which on fits ME best. No doing a survey. Maybe if you actually let me talk you could have seen that for yourself! I didn't need to speak to someone who is just trying to make a quick buck and selling me the most expensive brand. I wanted to talk to someone who actually installs them which I kept tell you multiple times and you just kept saying "what do you want get to the point". Very rude and unprofessional.
