I called them twice already this year once for maintenance and again for a electrical problem. Both times Isiah and his partner came and did work with efficiency and honestly. The communicated their ETA, provided excellent repair service, and even came back promptly when I had a different problem. How often can you say that about anyone now a days? Ron Grimm owned and ran it, and gave me excellent service since the early 2000's -- some 20-odd years. He sold the business and retired a few years ago , and apparently it is now owned (?or somehow run; I don't know the arrangement) by a national company, "Cover Care." (I may be confused about the names.) However the Frederick business is now run by Ron's daughter, Heather, and at least some of the technicians still work there. They are now in the middle of replacing my cover, which was destroyed by a very large tree falling on it. My bottom line is that their work is still excellent. Going through their central office feels and is distant, and it seems that the communication between the center and the Frederick MD shop may not be perfect. However I was able to regain direct contact with the Frederick shop (i.e. Heather) and again enjoy the excellent and friendly communication that I had with Ron. The work, as I've said and want to repeat, has remained excellent throughout. So they are still my go-to guys.

The only thing you can count on is they will surely charge you ASAP even if services were terrible.
