I called Total Spa after i had another spa repair come…read moreout to take a look at my spa - the reason for the call was that the black hot wire kept tripping the breaker when connected- the "other" company came out right away and after about 10 minutes said to me- Ma'am im really sorry to tell you this but you have a bad circuit board" said i would need to order the part myself due to they not being a master spa dealer- I said ok- immediately ordered the circuit board (670$) and i called the "other" company and told them i ordered the circuit board and that it was expected in 2 days. They then told me i needed to drain all the water out in case we get another cold snap and that they really couldn't tell me when they could come out to install due them being very busy. Told me to drain the water and use a wet vac to get as much water out of the tub as i can- so i proceeded to do as directed, that night i got to thinking about it and just had a bad feeling, so in the am i immediately started looking for a 2nd opinion. That is when i found my life saver Tim- called him- he called me back the next day (friday) and i told him what had been told to me- he said that doesn't sound like a bad circuit board and said he could be out that following Monday- Tim came Monday and within 10 minutes found the problem- just sound bad wiring from the electrician, he fixed it! I am so thankful for Tim! He is very professional, and honest. If i could give Tim and Total Spa 10 STARS i absolutely would! He is your guy for Total Spa Repair! The limelight collection is even better than I imagined it would be. Sometimes we select one color and other times we just let it rotate through all the colors. Glad to have finally made this purchase back at the end of 2020 - the hot tub is so therapeutic and relaxing. I especially enjoy it on frigid nights during winter when the sky is clear and I can star gaze for as long as I want. :) Everyone at Capital Hot Tubs has always been wonderful. Purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Anytime we have needed assistance, they are quick to respond whether it is a question about a replacement part or water quality or even when an exterior panel needed to be repaired, the staff go above and beyond. We are fortunate to live close by as well. Our filters needed to be replaced last week so I just stopped by on a whim and Evelyn was very kind and helpful (Hi and thank you again, Evelyn! The purchase costed more than Costco or an online retailer, but It's well worth it. There are a lot of logistics when purchasing a hot tub such as delivery, installation, electrical, setup and so many other factors. And also warranty. These folks did an amazing job from electrical to set up and so many other items that's needed when setting up a hot tub. The best part is they provide amazing service afterwards. I've had to call for maintenance a few times and capital hot tubs takes care of it. Recently my control display died and Jay came over and took care of everything and was courteous, professional, and he knew his stuff. On top of that Jay also fixed another item under warranty that I wasn't even aware of. If you're looking for a real hot tub please don't buy online. Instead go to these folks and they will make it great and also after.

It takes 90 minutes + to get to 180 degrees but still doesn't hold the temp well - its routinely at 175 when I get out. I have shown them that the heater is not pulling enough electricity to heat the area (power is available) indicating a defective heater. Jeff - the ops manager doesn't care. "Call the manufacturer" is his solution.

Not only that, he also identifies ways for us to save money on equipment by making smarter choices. We chose Watercrafters and they delivered! From initial meeting with the construction lead, to selecting the right materials and colors, through completion and caring for the new surface, everything went well. Their discerning designer was the soul of patience when I struggled to find the right tile, offered dozens and dozens of options until we found the perfect one. The construction lead and crews did great work and kept everything cleaned up. We are completely happy with how our pool looks and feels, both when first finished and now after being used all summer. The water testing desk was a mess with papers and invoices and business accounting piled up. They were understaffed with only one guy Curtis testing, answering phones and dealing with other customers eventhough I was first. And then he tried to sell me so many extra products that ive been told for years were not needed. He was about to sell me $500 of salt eventhough I told him I just put it in the week before. When I asked him wouldnt the existing salt start to work once it got warm he admitted it but said that I would need chlorine shock and pucks in the meantime. Getting every dime out of me! Not going back.

I needed an Intellichlor power center replaced and I saw them for $304 on Amazon. I asked Colin why I should buy it from Johnson Pools at $476? He said it would come with a 3 year warranty. I tried for 3 weeks to get them to send me the warranty in writing and when he finally sent it, turns out it's only for 1 year. And you only have 60 days to register your warranty so if they don't get it to you quickly enough, you could lose out on the warranty all together. I wasn't real happy. Spent an extra $172 bucks for a 1 year warranty. Not a good value in my opinion. Don't let them try to up-sell you on their marked up inventory unless you get the warranty in writing ahead of time.

For the last 7 years, Dog Days has been servicing the pool on a home that I rent to tenants…read more Tenants often know little about pools and need extra handholding; thus, the equipment requires extra vigilance on the part of the pool company. Dog Days has done an unbelievably good job of working with the tenants, taking care of the pool, and keeping me informed. Jeff and his team have gone above and beyond in my estimation -- especially with difficult tenants. I can't say enough good things about them: great communication and so easy to work with. They were a lifesaver for me, trying to manage a rental home with a pool, and I recommend them highly.
