We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. He is honest and extremely easy to work with ! All our questions were answered immediately. We signed with Patrick /Patriot Pools and within 2 weeks our pool was complete and filled with water! We are beyond grateful to Patriot Pools for not only taking on this project, but also for the countless hours he spent speaking with my family and providing help and direction. I called Total Spa after i had another spa repair come…read moreout to take a look at my spa - the reason for the call was that the black hot wire kept tripping the breaker when connected- the "other" company came out right away and after about 10 minutes said to me- Ma'am im really sorry to tell you this but you have a bad circuit board" said i would need to order the part myself due to they not being a master spa dealer- I said ok- immediately ordered the circuit board (670$) and i called the "other" company and told them i ordered the circuit board and that it was expected in 2 days. They then told me i needed to drain all the water out in case we get another cold snap and that they really couldn't tell me when they could come out to install due them being very busy. Told me to drain the water and use a wet vac to get as much water out of the tub as i can- so i proceeded to do as directed, that night i got to thinking about it and just had a bad feeling, so in the am i immediately started looking for a 2nd opinion. That is when i found my life saver Tim- called him- he called me back the next day (friday) and i told him what had been told to me- he said that doesn't sound like a bad circuit board and said he could be out that following Monday- Tim came Monday and within 10 minutes found the problem- just sound bad wiring from the electrician, he fixed it! I am so thankful for Tim! He is very professional, and honest. If i could give Tim and Total Spa 10 STARS i absolutely would! He is your guy for Total Spa Repair!
