Have used Scott and Jordan for years. Reliable, good service. They make the extra effort to solve a problem when there is one.

When we first met with Gina and Albert, I had an idea of what I wanted but Gina and Krystle really made our vision come to life. Gina has impecable taste in patio design, waterline tile, marker tile and plaster choices. Albert is quite possibly the hardest worker I've ever seen. He is always on the job site and is the first to correct any minor issues. His entire team busted their butts to start our pool in the dead of winter (even out here in snow) to get us swimming in April. When it comes to spending a large chuck of change, you really need to trust your pool builder. I can 100% say I trust Countryside Pool Services. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Their servicemen are knowledgeable, efficient and take their time servicing the pool each week. These are not college students, but men with years of experience. Nate and Jimmie could always handle anything that came up. The company's follow-up on any matter is excellent. The owner, Gina took care of two minor concerns I had and resolved them immediately. She also had a new pump installed on practically a moment's notice. She provides a nice touch of personal care for you. I recommend Countryside as a company who will provide you with a high level of service. I am happy I made the switch to their pool service! Jane T.

The…read moreservice tech left a checklist after only 1 of 3 visits I was invoiced for, and it was not as complete/comprehensive as other pool companies so I'm not sure what was done. I had dropped off a water sample before I left but never got the results back. The storm on May 16 of this year caused 3 of my neighbors pine trees to fall on my pool causing considerable damage to the cover although we weren't sure if there was damage to the actual pool sides/bottom. When I called the office to come out, assess damage, and give me a price estimate to clean out the pool, I was told '"it's our busy season, but we can try to get out there next week." Today, Aug. 4, a young man from Total Pools came out to assess damage. (I had spoken to 6 pool companies, 2 came out to the site to assess, 1 performed the cleanout and measured/quoted a price for a new cover.)

They were both so professional, kind and more than willing to help me in any way needed. Then I went to the actual store and Yvonne(owner) is always willing to help and always has a smile. You won't be disappointed.

Most companies will just do work and leave, but Jason was patient and said his staff was even willing to teach me how to maintain the pool if I was willing to learn. He even explained why certain decisions were made in terms of the equipment for our pool. Fast forward to September, my wife and I called CBA to have them close our pool for the season, and two members of his team showed up, Gavin & Brian. They were the most respectful, patient, and friendly guys you could ever meet. They walked me through everything that they were doing and even gave me tips and pointers on how to maintain my pool during the winter season for an easy spring opening. CBA is all about the customer! Do yourself a favor and go with them! And just for perspective... the company that built the pool is a company in VA; still waiting for them to call me back...

The project manager didn't show up when subcontractors were around, resulting in so much dirt being removed that we had to pay ADDITIONAL money to get dirt delivered. There was no attempt to even do a rough grade, just left sand and rock exposed to the elements resulting in the pavers to shift. 2. The install of the electrical equipment was put in facing the fence. My husband had to ask if we were expected to cut a hole in the fence to access it before they comprehended why it was an issue. 3. The filter was installed too close to the house, and it is inaccessible for proper cleaning and maintenance, even by a professional pool service company. When I brought it up I was told to completely decouple it from the piping to access it. Yeah, that's not how it's supposed to work. They then said the professional pool service company "just wasn't a good one" without even knowing which company it was. 4. The electric heater and wiring installed keeps tripping. When I brought that up, they just didn't respond. This was after they installed a gas heater knowing we didn't have gas to the house and that it was in the install notes to put in an electric heater. Don't worry, we got an extra $4,000 bill for that. 5. Following the installation of the filter and booster pump, they left it turned on and left running without the filter being engaged. When I reached out, they talked to me like I was an idiot until I took a video and sent it to them of the extremely loud metal on metal grinding noise that was coming from the booster. Looks like we get to replace that now. We are now working with a lawyer as they refuse to respond to us.

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.
