When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. If the hoses froze, our expensive hot tub would be ruined! Brian walked me through exactly what to do to fix the leak and where to go to get a small enough heater to keep the hoses warm. When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment, I won't use another hot tub repair company.

A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

Pros: free water testing and clear directions on what chemicals to add, in what order, and on what timeline make taking care of your pool relatively easy. They have all of the chemical you'd need for the issues you're facing. They also offer a military discount and the rewards program is good. Cons: it's expensive to own a pool and buying the chemicals for your pool will make you sad. Only had one bad service experience in five years and it was handled quickly and well.

We have an inground pool that is over 15 years old. Recently we noticed that sand was getting into…read morethe pool somehow, from our sand filter. I called Leslie's pools to find out if they service or replace sand filters and they scheduled a service call for the very next morning! The tech was out bright and early and Was very good at communication. This is a rental property for us so I was not on site and, knowing this, he kept me informed of everything that was going on. He determined the filter needed to be replaced and provided estimates by the end of that business day. I had multiple questions and he was patient and knowledgeable when answering them all. He helped me to order the necessary items and again, kept me informed throughout the whole process. When the parts arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly as well. An installation day he arrived bright and early and again, made every effort to keep me informed of what they were doing. He took pictures of the old equipment and a picture of the new equipment after it was installed. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the extra time and effort that was given to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on since I was not on site. if we have additional needs in the future for our inground pool I will definitely be giving this company a call.
