I have a few things to say about this business. Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge the manager. The managers name was Aaron and, for the first time in my life I was impressed by a retail managers dedication and hard work. Unlike the majority of retail stores where people just want you to buy something, HE ACTUALLY CARES about all of his customers. He was by himself and was attending myself and 3 other people at the same time, I couldn't imagine the pressure. I noticed, everyone he spoke to was presented with equal opportunity and we were all educated about his product the same way!!! He was extremely polite and professional, thanking everyone for being so patient with him while he was with another person, I've never felt so comfortable when it came to making a big financial decision. I came in to buy a king size frame and he asked me a few questions about the issues I was having and why I would only need a frame. Suddenly, it evolved into a conversation about MY WELL BEING. He took everything I told him and politely said, "I think you would feel so much better everyday if you give me the opportunity to teach you a few things about sleep and how good sleep makes a big difference in every day life". At first I thought it was just him trying to get a sale, but the things he was telling me made sense and related to my problems. I ended up walking out with a bed I'm going to be happy on for a very long time. He never once pressured me into spending money, he simply just wanted to educate me and help me realize that I was sacrificing better health by ignoring the fact that a bed could possibly make a difference. It was unbelievable, I'm very happy I didn't go down the street and waste my money elsewhere. Thankfully I saw a massive mattress mascot as I was driving by. He showed EVERYONE all of his beds from the most expensive to the cheapest, and his only objective was to demonstrate how better quality support compared to what we would normally buy. I recommend everyone stop by Mattress Warehouse if you're not sure what you need. They will show concern for YOUR needs and not just guess and sell you something that is comfortable. We purchased a mattress two years ago from Mattress Warehouse in Severna Park. Since receiving this mattress there have been issues with it sagging and not providing the support needed. We returned to this store who now has a different store manager from the original purchase. Aracelli, the store manager was extremely helpful in advising what I needed to do to file a claim. After I filed a claim, the company sent a mattress specialist to determine the issues with the matress. Once the claim was approved which did not take long, I returned to the store again to get a replacement mattress, and was again greeted by Aracelli. She was extremely helpful and most patient with us. Showed us many different mattress' that would be helpful with our concerns. I would say she spent 4-5 hours with us. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the many selections to choose from. Once we chose which mattress we felt was suitable for us, she made the transaction seamless. Mattress Warehouse did give us a full credit for the mattress we were having issues with. I had a terrific experience in this store. I stopped here first in my search for a new mattress and was very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail regarding all of my questions and concerns. The store was bright/well lit, clean, and displayed the products in an orderly way. After completing the "bed match" process, the new General Manager (Brittney) took into account my price range, personal preferences as well as the results from the bed match and really helped me narrow down my search to two mattresses and they were both on sale! I went to a couple of other stores in the area and was met with sleazy, sales people that clearly had hygiene issues and worked in cramped, dirty, dimly lit, showrooms. (Mattress Firm and Sleepy's). It really made my decision easy in the end! The delivery guys were also awesome and had my mattresses swapped out in under 20 minutes. They were very considerate, prompt, and courteous (especially after 4 flights of stairs!!!). I was in need of a new bed. When I entered the store i was greeted by Britney. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am on a budget and I was looking for a quality bed that I could afford. Britney showed me several beds that were within my budget by several different manufacturers. I was impressed by her knowledge of all the various brands. I was deciding between 3 brands and options and she was patient and understanding. She explained every detail about the beds. My first experience with this store was top notch. My wife and I just moved to a nearby community and needed a new mattress. Rick was able to narrow down our choices quickly and educate us on our options. The fact that we were still in the process of moving into our first home introduced some additional complications that Rick and his delivery team handled with perfection. Mattress shopping sucks!!! However, i recently moved and needed a larger bed. I randomly stopped by the store, upon arrival i was greeted by a nice young lady named Britney, whom, after just a few minutes, had made me feel super comfortable and eager to choose a bed. Britney's patience and kindness ultimately gave me an overwhelmingly positive experience, and now i have an AMAZING new king size, and a store and staff that i would recommend to anyone and everyone. Visiting from California and just bought a mattress and box spring from Britney for my mother-in-law's guest bedroom. Was allowed to bounce on every bed in the store until I found what I liked, though my wife decided upon what would be purchased. Britney and my wife worked out delivery and warranty details while I continued to play with the store's array of pillows. Had a great experience in the store with Alex. He put me on the bed match system right when I came in the store, which listed 5 or 6 beds that were perfect for my body type.
