I've been to a few locations looking for good pieces of furniture, with no luck. But this Bowie location is GREAT! I walked in expecting to walk back out shortly thereafter, but I browsed for quite a bit! It's quite a ways from my house, but I was in the area and would come back just to see what new items they have. I was looking for a comfortable chair to place in my bedroom and some counter-height stools for my kitchen. I did see a lot of options but didn't make a purchase because I didn't have a way to transport. But they really had some nice couches, ottomans, and paintings! I'm definitely coming back even if only for a painting. The employees weren't hovering (which I love). Mekhi was especially helpful with information about heading to their website to find additional counter stools they didn't have in stock. I'll be back!

We returned to this store who now has a different store manager from the original purchase. Aracelli, the store manager was extremely helpful in advising what I needed to do to file a claim. After I filed a claim, the company sent a mattress specialist to determine the issues with the matress. Once the claim was approved which did not take long, I returned to the store again to get a replacement mattress, and was again greeted by Aracelli. She was extremely helpful and most patient with us. Showed us many different mattress' that would be helpful with our concerns. I would say she spent 4-5 hours with us. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the many selections to choose from. Once we chose which mattress we felt was suitable for us, she made the transaction seamless. Mattress Warehouse did give us a full credit for the mattress we were having issues with. Bill Torres worked with me to find the best mattress but didn't try to pressure me into anything. I took my time and tried out several mattresses and even took a few cat naps while I was there. Bill was patient and spent time explaining a lot of details about the various types of mattresses from innerspring to memory foam to hybrid. I settled on the Serta I-comfort hybrid blue fusion plush mattress with an adjustable base. Let me just tell you - an adjustable base will change your LIFE!!! I always considered that to be for the older generation but it's the best investment I could have made. My kingsdowne base raises the head and feet and comes with a massage feature as well as underbed lighting. It's amazing! I also got a floor model bed set, which includes the headboard and surrounding structure for a reasonable price. My new mattress and furniture was delivered three days later with no extra charge for delivery. The delivery guys were very careful with my furniture and didn't bang up anything while they moved my old bed out and my new one in. I am definitely one of those people that does comparison shopping and this experience was no different. I compared prices on my phone while I was in the store and Bill never tried to dissuade me from doing so. But anyway, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I bought a mattress it was at Macy's over 10 years ago. This was a MUCH better experience. John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. It feels funny at first lying around with a bunch of strangers, but that's the only way to do it. They work as a team so there is no pressure for commission or competition over the others. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds. We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can't wait for it to be delivered next week! It was a great experience and the store seems to have good "Feng Shui" as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. He had other customers at the same time but always checked in on us, giving us a chance to review options then return after lunch. We ultimately got a great deal on an adjustable set with free base. My husband and I were interested in a king size bed as we currently have a queen size. We were considering a split king for two reasons: 1) If he rolls over on his side I won't feel the bed move as much since we would have separate mattresses. 2) If we purchased a split king with an adjustable head base one of us could watch tv and read in an upright position while the other person could lay down. They had a promotion over the Columbus holiday that if you purchased a mattress the head base was free. There are three levels for the base, the head being the basic and was free during the promotion. We were so overwhelmed by all the options. It was a lot of info to take in. Maybe even more overwhelming than looking for a car. We were just looking so we didn't make a purchase. Ann, the sales associate, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy. Highly recommend this location based on the service and the large floor samples. Bonus: They offer 120 night trial. If you are not satisfied you can return it.
