I told Anari, the store rep who greeted me, that I wanted one similar to the model I had, and even though that model was discontinued years ago, he knew right away which mattress to suggest. The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. Perhaps even more importantly, my guests were very happy with it (even thinking of getting a new mattress themselves as a result).

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

The store was empty of customers. The clerk asked if I was buying, I said I was just looking. My 13yo daughter also began checking out beds and then he asked if she was buying. I said she's looking as well. He became disgruntled, mumbled comments and said she was only playing if she wasn't buying. I said she has every right to look since she too sleeps on a bed. HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY "I don't know what she sleeps on." Then he asked us to leave because he "had other things to do". When my husband and I are ready to replace our king size mattress, we WILL not return to this store. We were greeted by Thomas, who gave us an overview of the store, provided his suggestions and pretty much gave us our space to roam the store. He also suggested that we take pictures of what we like so that if we come back, he can point us in the right direction. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.

I purchased 8000 worth of…read morefurniture. one sectional sofa did not fit properly in my room either blocked entrance or fireplace so I raised that concern at time of assembly and made few calls. within two hour of delivery (less than 72 hours of order placement) i went to store. requested other item in exchange or store credit but store manager their acted very unprofessional and total attitude change. demanded 25% restock and delivery charge a worth of 1000 in cash before he gives me any option for exchange for any other item or store credit. all I requested is an other item or store credit and agreed to pay even delivery but not helped. same person told me he is owner of 3 other locations and he cannot give me any one else number to assist in this matter. I feel I am ripped off as I have not even sit or used it and being subjected to this high penalty. really need help here to get the correct item.
