Sue before we were leaving had us fill out a form with our information and email address and she mentioned she was going to send me a proposal or draft invoice with the pricing on it via email . When I asked when I might receive that, she suddenly says we do not do that here. What I do not understand is if you are offering me an email with a proposal or draft invoice, why bring it up in the first place if you do not offer it. We wound up purchasing our sofa and chaise at a competitor in Columbia, MD. who had much better service and the pricing was less expensive. I would have to say if you are looking at high end furniture, please visit this store for comparison shopping, but I would not recommend you purchase here or expect someone to ask you if you need help. I went with my boyfriend and our son to look for furniture for our new home on a Monday night. It looked busy but it wasn't overwhelming. This specific store is larger, but we didn't feel like it was too much! My boyfriend and I got to look around the whole store before a salesperson asked us if we needed help! That was surprising because in other stores, we were bombarded as soon as we enter the store. Our salesmen was ANTHONY OKOSUN and he was very helpful with our budget and requests.
