I don't often give reviews but truly love Divano Designs! I recently purchased furniture (early 2025) for several rooms as I upgraded my children's rooms from kids to teens, and converted one to a sitting room. I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. The furniture is of excellent quality and tastefully modern. But the service you receive is even better! They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! The delivery guys are excellent too!! Things went so well, I ended up purchasing a kitchen table last minute which was delivered with all of my other furniture! We walked into Divano Designs on February 20th, 2021 and met with Ginny. Ginny and Nittoo are both owners of Divano Deisgns. Ginny told us to walk around and ask any questions we may have regarding the furniture we are seeking. We walked aouond for like 1/2 an hour and spoke to Ginny again. We saw some very contemporary and high end furniture all over the warehouse and asked about many different options and sizes. We narrowed down that we were searching for a leather couch that happened to be from Guiseppe & Guiseppe - Nicoletti furniture from Italy and told Ginny that we wanted to look at other furniture stores to compare. Well we compared and decided that the price and the service was far more superior than what we encountered in other locations. We went back to the store on Saturday February 27th, 2021 to purchase the furniture and picked the swatch(color and type of leather). We anticipated the furniture to be delivered in June, 2021 but due to the pandemic and shipping container and factory slowdown problems, we received the furniture via delivery on Saturday October 16th, 2021. No ones fault here, we knew it would take some time. We were in constant communication with Nitoo and Ginny about the furniture and delays. I must say when it was delivered by the two gentleman, it was packed so well you could not even see the furniture. There definitely was no way this was going to be damaged. It was unwrapped and the legs and some additional pieces had to be added as they were separate from the couch. It took at total of 10 minutes from the delivery of the truck and the couch placement and small additional set-up and the 2 gentleman delivery drivers were on their way to the next delivery. The furniture is beautiful and definitely high end and looks great in our living area. We definitely will be returning to do future business with Ginny and her husband Nittoo for any additional coffee tables, furniture, lighting, etc we may be seeking for our home. I was in need of a curio cabinet to match other ones I already owned. I called Divano Designs, and the woman said to come in to see what they could help me with. When I went there Ginny helped me by looking it up on the computer. Yes, she was able to get me the curio cabinet by Pulaski that I wanted. Her price was very fair. It was a couple of hundred dollars less than I had been quoted by others. She told me it would take about a month. That is exactly how long it took. The curio was delivered by two delightful gentlemen. They were very careful in bringing it into the house. They set it up beautifully. I was thrilled. I would highly recommend Divano. Their communication with me was fabulous. Everything they said was true. Five stars is not enough for them. read more

Nittoo is extremely helpful and always willing to price match or beat any competitor pricing, and has helped me not only pick out pieces but has even offered to swing by my new place to help recommend furniture based on the look I'm going for. From art pieces and modern sectionals to stylish dining room tables, bedroom sets, and even fire pits and waterfall devices. Easily the best aspect has to be the customer service. This place has the most beautiful furniture! And the staff is very friendly. I ordered a couple of pieces, some of which was in stock and one piece that needed ordered. The piece they were going to order wasn't available, and unfortunately we're still trying to find an alternate... But they are trying and I appreciate that. Communication is a little lacking but when I follow up with them they are helpful. They did deliver the in stock pieces when they realized the other item wasn't going to come in. My husband and I are looking for a new sofa. We saw one that we liked but had several questions. The woman who helped us said she would have to ask the manager and that she would send me an email after she talked with him/her. Three days later I still hadn't heard anything so I sent an email asking for status. I received a response, presumably from the manager, and was told the sales person who had helped us was sick and that I would hear back from her by the next day. (I'm not sure why the manager didn't asked if he could help, but he didn't...) I did hear back from our sales person the next day, and she did answer my questions. I told her my husband and I would get back to her the following week after we'd taken some measurements in the living room. I did email her back and told her that the sofa we looked at was too large for our area. I heard NOTHING in response--not a "Maybe we can come up with some ideas" or even a "Sorry it didn't work, let us know if we can help." Well, they've lost my business, and that's too bad because we were planning to redo a couple of rooms. If I plan to spend the kind of money they are charging for their sofas then I'd better get better customer service than I received. read more

Was on the hunt for a sofa and my friend took me to Divano.. I fell in love with everything in the store immediately. I described what I was looking for and Mr. Nittoo patiently showed me around and assisted me in choosing the most perfect sofa at a super great price. The delivery window took a while but was explained that may happen because the shipment was coming from overseas. Believe me when i say the wait was so worth it.. In search for a chaise lounge I decided to check this place out. They have high quality furniture for a great price. When I arrived I was treated by Nittoo who answered all my questions and found the perfect chaise lounge and rug to go with it. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel like the Brazilian rug was priced a little high. Delivery and customer service were excellent. When you put all your efforts to design a website, all you expect is understanding and cooperation, but what we got from Divano Designs is bad words and unprofessionalism. We got the work to redesign the website and we worked really hard to make it look professional and polished. We designed customized layouts and waited really long, for their approval. During the project, they were not cooperative at all. We also re-worked on many areas as they were confused and not sure what changes they wanted. Despite of all our efforts to make it up to them, as we do not want our customers to get dissatisfied, the owner Nitoo Singh abused our lady staff over phone. He shouted at her and used bad words. This behaviour shows how unprofessional they are. Still, we completed the website and made it live. But we didn't receive any payments from them, and they complained to the bank to receive back all the money. So, you can get an idea how mean people these are. To take advantage they can do all sorts of things. We don't want anyone else to go through what we went through, that's the reason we are sharing this, so that people can know who these people are! read more

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was among their first customers (they are located in the building that housed Top Drawer), and make it a point to visit when in search for the right piece. First, their customer service is above excellent. The owners are warm and genuine, but most importantly they are efficient. Customer care is important to them. If they say they will call, they will, or email...or text. The furniture selection will knock your socks off. From stately statement pieces to more modestly designed modern selections this place is my #1 go-to spot when designing my home. My first purchase was a wall art selection that I hung incorrectly. When I showed the pic (I loved they way it was btw), Ginny offered to have it hung correctly for me at no cost. That's what I'm talking about. Two years later and Ive been back there a dozen times. The store itself is very large & it's amazing filled with so many beautiful pieces of furniture to pick from .....all I could think about was why I didn't come here before ..... It's truly a hidden gem !! My experience with the design team & the owners was so refreshing ....they know all about customer service .... I now no I don't need to shop anywhere else for my furniture, lighting and accessories as what they don't have in there store they have plenty of books to look through & find exactly what your looking for !!!
