This store was hard for me to find because I could see it from the road but had to drive around the back like a lot of Columbia strip malls. It is smaller than other mattresses stores but was bright with a nice paint job, airy, clean and well arranged. Chuck was friendly but not overbearing. There were no snide remarks about other stores. He just offered simple information about the important concepts of a mattress....what to look for and helped me narrow down my selections. There was no rush and I compared the comforts of several mattresses until I found the perfect one in my price range. Easy paperwork, easy delivery, and I would recommend this specific Columbia store every time.

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

I basically lucked into this place, and I couldn't be more grateful. David went WAY about and…read morebeyond even my highest hopes. I live out of town -- my mother lives in a retirement community in Catonsville. I was visiting for a few days and realized that my mother needed a new mattress. I wanted to have it delivered while I was there so I could get her situated. I called and got David on the phone. He recommended a high quality mattress that was on sale for a good price. He arranged to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys came when they said they would, took away the old mattress and put the new one in place. They even put the waterproof encasement and the mattress pad on the bed. My mother has a bad back and some mobility issues. The new mattress was super comfortable, but just a little bit thicker than her previous one. This made it more difficult for her to get into bed. I called David the next day to seek a solution. He suggested a lower profile foundation. He had one in stock. Because it was a safety issue, David moved heaven and earth to get the new foundation to my mother quickly. I had to leave before the foundation could be delivered (although it was just a day later). David and the manager of the Frederick store personally took the new foundation to my mother's home. When they were finished putting everything in place, David took the time to call me, told me that they had even made my mother's bed, and told me she was lovely. My husband and I were interested in a king size bed as we currently have a queen size. We were considering a split king for two reasons: 1) If he rolls over on his side I won't feel the bed move as much since we would have separate mattresses. 2) If we purchased a split king with an adjustable head base one of us could watch tv and read in an upright position while the other person could lay down. They had a promotion over the Columbus holiday that if you purchased a mattress the head base was free. There are three levels for the base, the head being the basic and was free during the promotion. We were so overwhelmed by all the options. It was a lot of info to take in. Maybe even more overwhelming than looking for a car. We were just looking so we didn't make a purchase. Ann, the sales associate, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy. Highly recommend this location based on the service and the large floor samples. Bonus: They offer 120 night trial. If you are not satisfied you can return it.

I told Anari, the store rep who greeted me, that I wanted one similar to the model I had, and even though that model was discontinued years ago, he knew right away which mattress to suggest. The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. Perhaps even more importantly, my guests were very happy with it (even thinking of getting a new mattress themselves as a result).
