We also found quite a few items that will encourage us to come back for future needs. While the prices weren't inexpensive, they were in line with other stores that sold contemporary furniture. We ultimately left after purchasing something that we hadn't seen on the website, and it was delivered just a few days later. As an aside, to show how helpful they were, we were speaking with the owner about an upcoming trip and he gave us wonderful advice. Then, we asked for a local restaurant recommendation, since we weren't from that area. Soon after we were seated at the restaurant, one of the employees there came over and welcomed us by name, saying that the owner had called ahead. ​​​

They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! This thrift store has mostly used items, but you'll also find new items with the original tags still on them. They have apparel and shoes for men, women, and kids. Additionally they have home goods including toys, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, linen, books, sporting goods, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of designer and high quality apparel with the original tags still on them. While other apparel items looked only lightly worn. Among the brands I saw were Vince Camuto, Coach, White House Black Market. Most of the apparel were between $5-$20. In perusing the dresses, I was impressed at how stylish they were. Most of the shoes I saw looked worn and dirty. I wouldn't purchase shoes unless they were brand new. I didn't buy anything this time, but will definitely come back to shop for apparel.

Other employees were polite enough to double-check, which made the first employee's behavior stand out even more. The pricing is also far too high for donated merchandise. I tested several electronics and small appliances, and a few were defective or did not work properly, yet they were still priced aggressively. When used items are priced close to retail, customers should at least be able to expect basic functionality and decent service. I contacted the company afterward and received a generic response that technically answered my question but did little to address the actual experience. The Laurel store is much better managed and far more pleasant to shop at.

I prefer this except if you are using coupons, it may be problematic. They accept expired coupons with the exception of the $25 coupons, which I was told by the employees. Every time I come, this location is always packed, but it was empty on that day I recently came in. When I checked out, I asked two employees if this location was closing and they said no. With so few patrons, I hope this location doesn't close as others have.
