We were considering a split king for two reasons: 1) If he rolls over on his side I won't feel the bed move as much since we would have separate mattresses. 2) If we purchased a split king with an adjustable head base one of us could watch tv and read in an upright position while the other person could lay down. They had a promotion over the Columbus holiday that if you purchased a mattress the head base was free. There are three levels for the base, the head being the basic and was free during the promotion. We were so overwhelmed by all the options. It was a lot of info to take in. Maybe even more overwhelming than looking for a car. We were just looking so we didn't make a purchase. Ann, the sales associate, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy. Highly recommend this location based on the service and the large floor samples. Bonus: They offer 120 night trial. If you are not satisfied you can return it.

The bedspread with 2 sham pillowcases were $80 and the pillow was at a reasonable price. I checked the store out to see if there was anything else worth buying. I think Home Goods may be more reasonable. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I am sleeping much better. And not only that, every time I was in his shop, I witnessed he consistently gave a great level of care to all the clientele that entered or he personally serviced. This…read moretime I went to the local Columbia, MD store where they have a beautiful showroom and lots of tiles to pick from. This last purchase was not good. I picked out tile from the sample at the store and was told it was a special order. I was aware that a special order was not returnable, and I understand why. I paid, expecting to get what I ordered. Boy, was I surprised! When the actual tile arrived and our contractor picked it up he sent me a picture if it; it looked nothing like what I had ordered or the sample in the store. When I returned to the store with the intent of offering to split the difference in the order as it was not what I originally wanted, I was met by an older man, sorry he never told me his name, and he was not even going to let me explain the issue or my idea on how to make it fair for all involved. He was rude, condescending and belligerent. At one point he stated, "I know women like you." When I took a deep breath I answered, "oh you mean fair and assertive?" May this be a warning to you to not to purchase from this store because they are not professional or even civil. I did find tile at Lowes that I almost bought at Conestoga but decided to look around. Surprise, surprise...Lowes had the same tile for half the price.
