I loved the style, flexibility and comfort of the Lovesac line from the first time I saw it a couple of years ago at the Columbia Mall location. After searching website after website for furniture options, none met the appeal of the Lovesac modular furniture so I returned to the store and made my purchase a little over a week ago. The team led by Corrine was extremely helpful and answered all of my (and a friend's) questions (since she plans to purchase something as well). It was some of the best service I have ever received including from "upscale" places. The team explained how the pieces worked together and finance options ensuring I got the most bang for my buck. The furniture and covers arrived within the week. The delivery crew was efficient and as others stated delivered the product and removed all the packaging and took it with them. My greatest frustration was in getting the layout right and the clamps in place, but it was a labor of love. Once the task was complete, I sat back and marveled at how fantastic it looked considering I was able to assemble it and I am not very handy. This furniture will be the last you will ever buy! We purchased our sactionals (LoveSac term for sofas) about 6 months ago and we have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort. The fabric is very comfortable and the cushions suck you in to the point that you don't want to get up. Add to it that you can rearrange the pieces to continually come up with new "couch" combinations, and you will see that this will be the last "sofa" you ever purchase! We purchased enough pieces that you can even use it as a guest bed, and my parents commented that the bed was just as comfortable as what they sleep on at home. We love our sactionals!!! Just as important, the staff at the Columbia store is absolutely wonderful! They show you how easy it is to rearrange the pieces into what you would like, and they do a great job showing you all the different fabric combinations. Allegra and the team assisted us in purchasing some much needed accessories and we are very happy with how welcoming and helping they are when you walk in the store. If you are going to buy any LoveSac furniture, I HIGHLY recommend you do it at the Columbia store! You won't be disappointed in your experience or your new furniture! read more

My relationship with Lovesac started out at a party at a friend's house. They had a Supersac in their basement and I absolutely loved it. 2 months later I bought my own, and it now serves as a place to fall asleep and an oversized dog bed for my big pup. About a year later, I stopped in the store in Columbia Mall, just to see what was new. I was greeted warmly as I walked in, and was introduced to some of the newer products and new covers that were on display in the store. I took an interest in one of the sactionals and was given a price quote, along with all of the specifics (washable covers, warranty, how to change the shape of the couch, etc.) A few months later I came back in ready to buy, and they remembered me and what I had inquired about. I was never pressured into buying anything, even though I ended up buying one of their amazing blankets anyway! They were really helpful with my financing, which is often a struggle. I love my Movie Lounger! I wandered into the Columbia Mall location, and found the staff to be extremely helpful, they make you feel more like part of the funky family than a customer. I loved the idea of modular furniture and have changed the layout of my Movie Lounger ten times in the last year to fit my mood and the needs for space in my apartment. The fact that the covers are machine washable has come in handy more than once, as it is my couch and often my dining room table. The covers are durable and have resisted the affections of two giant yellow labs (that my landlord doesn't know about). I'll be honest I shopped online for pricing first, and the store actually gave me the same price and better financing options than the online store offers. Love it! We purchased our first sac here a few years ago and we just keep coming back for more! The staff are extremely friendly and make it easy to customize your purchase. Our SuperSac is the envy of all of our friends. It is so comfortable and versatile. We have several sac covers at this point, and can change them for any occasion. I've even stopped in for gifts for friends. They have unique slippers, blankets, and even bowls that all of my friends have enjoyed. The Squattoman is also a must! (It's a LoveSac ottoman for those who are unfamiliar) We have two now, one for the SuperSac and one for our PillowSac. They are also extremely pet friendly! We have 4 dogs and 3 cats, and with removable covers we never worry about pet hair. The Sactional will be our next purchase. I bought an eight base sactional with ten sides from the Columbia store last week. I absolutely love my sofa!! I had a sectional in the room before, but I never thought it was comfortable and you could only set it up one way. After putting together my sactional, my entire family fell in love with the comfort! Right now I have it set up as a U shape, and my entire family of six fits on it with room to spare. I love the fact that you can pull off the covers and put them in the wash. That was another thing that my last sectional was lacking. I would highly recommend the rhinoplush covers... they are extremely durable and incredibly soft. Also check out their footsacs and fur pillows. Sometime they will run specials where you can get them free with a package deal. read more

After furniture shopping everywhere (MD, D.C. Florida, DE and NC) I stumbled on LoveSac at a local mall. I was hooked at first sight! I eventually bought the furniture in time for Christmas from another location where the sales team made the buying experience fun and painless. We love being able to change the furniture into different configurations depending on our needs. We also bought extra covers for different seasons. We bought a "sactional" sofa and LOVED it. Soon after, we went back for the Super Sac, and we couldn't be happier. Love the store in Columbia! Staff are awesome. Only thing I don't like at their store is the herringsuede covers. Phur covers and velvet covers are the best. Get a supersac! It will change your life! read more
