6/23/2020: Are you looking for an affordable mattress?? You GOTTA come see Jerry @Jerry's Bessing…read more He has a variety of types and you'll find what you're looking for right here. My sister sent me here to find a bed for our mother that didn't cost an arm and leg but still was great quality and that's exactly what I found here at Jerry's. We found pillow tops-DOUBLE-SIDED pillow tops (where else can you find that without paying at least $1000?!!!). The answer is NOWHERE!! The Queen sets are normally $300-on sale for now (double check) for $250. WHAT?! Yes ma'am. Yes sir! You can't beat that deal. I got a chance to meet the man himself & he was helpful and friendly. My trip was quick and to the point. He even loaded the mattress in my van for me. He's been in the business for over 20 years and he knows his craft. He wants to help people and you can tell. Thank you Jerry for helping us out today. We appreciate it. I'm sending everyone I know this way.

Just moved, purchased 3 of the hybrid mattresses from Amazon that "don't need a box spring" (but…read morethey DO!) and had to get 3 box springs asap. Called Mr. Jerry on Tuesday and was scheduled for a Friday delivery but the weather was bad with rain and we just had to wait and see if it was going to stop raining. Mr. Jerry came thru after it stopped raining and delivered 3 box springs. The fam was happy campers! Thanks Mr. Jerry, you and your team were very professional and courteous (sorry if I worried you to death...LOL). I will definitely refer Jerry's bedding!! -K. McKoy-

We were looking for a new bed for my mom and this was our first & only stop. I wasn't expecting to…read morefind a bed with everything she wanted that fast and the experience was different than any other time I've bought beds. First, we were promptly greeted by Sam who was a patient and knowledgeable salesman. We told him what we were looking for in a bed & he showed us a few different bases and then took us over to the diagnostic mattress and computer that evaluates the best mattress for each person based on the answers you enter to the questions about your sleeping habits and your health issues that could affect your sleep. Then Sam had already put a pillow down and paper cover over the bed and mom laid down while the computer was performing diagnostic and after a few min we had a paper listing several mattresses. We started with the first 3 listed, each time mom was able to test them all & each time Sam explained the details for each bed and the difference between each of the other two we were considering. Mom picked out her bed and then Sam answered all our questions and offered to have it delivered on Tuesday (3days after purchase). The people from the company will come in and set up the entire bed and make sure everything is working properly. I have to say I highly recommend this store. It's clean and Sam was great, very pleasant to deal with. We were blessed to not have to drive all over the area checking out the mattress stores. Thanks Sam! Totally appreciate your kindness and assistance.

First and foremost deal with Patricia and only Patricia. I'd give my experience with her 5/5. She…read morewas awesome. However this review encompasses the entire experience. I ordered a king mattress, box spring, frame, pillow and mattress protector. Grand total $2500. 0% financing for 2 years and had everything delivered asap (my first day off). Day of delivery they called me to let me know my 3 hour delivery window 3-6 and arrived around 3:40. Awesome. This is gonna go smooth. Wrong. Things quickly went down hill from here. So the delivery guy tells me that we have a problem. The warehouse where the products are shipped from loaded and labeled the wrong frame. I got the big boy top of the line frame, they packaged the mid range frame however labeled it as the big boy. The delivery crew tells me it'll work for the bed but they don't know if they can leave it and I need to talk to the warehouse supervisor. I don't fault the delivery guys. They just drive the truck and unload and set up the stuff. They got it in and set up quick too!! They also get a 5/5. So the warehouse sup calls me and tells me I have 2 options. We can leave my $2500 bed on the floor until the frame arrives or they can take the whole bed back and deliver it when it's complete. My old bed is already loaded in the truck. The warehouse supervisor then proceeds to lie to me and tell me there isn't a frame on the truck that will work. 0/5 for that guy, I shoulda got a name. I call him out on this lie, a suitable temp frame magically appears from the bed fairy with my name on the box and my new bed is then set up on the temporary frame until the one I ordered can be delivered. I sign off on the delivery as incomplete, call the store and talk to Patricia and she sets me up with a new delivery for my frame. Patricia calls me a few days later; very apologetic might I add, to advise that my frame is out of stock. It happens I get it. It's a popular item. She asks if I can deal with the temp until they're back in stock and she'll call me when they come in. No problem. 5/5 for the honesty. She calls back and leaves a voicemail (I work night shift, and remember this for later it is important). She says the frame is finally in and she can have it to me in 2 days. I get the voicemail after hours and realize I work that day so I call the next day and speak to David, Patricia is off. I think his name was David but if not we'll just go with it from here on out. This freaking guy... So I tell him I can't do the Thursday delivery, can we shoot for Friday afternoon? I work night shift. He says sure. We hang up. I go grocery shopping. Middle of the grocery store he calls back. I can't find your order. Well.... I found it but it says it's complete. I say no. Explain the frame situation. He assures me there's nothing in the system. I say ok. But if they come knocking when I'm trying to sleep for work we're gonna have a problem. I'll talk to Patricia when she's back and hang up. Sorry David if you're reading this I was kinda a dick but was pretty fed up with everything. A few hours go by and David calls me back. I got you a delivery for Friday. I say ok, make it for the afternoon (cuz you know night work and all). He says ok. Bring us to Friday. 10 days from initially ordering the bed. 6:38 AM delivery crew number 2 is ringing my phone. Didn't call with a delivery window, I'm told David set the delivery time as 7a-10a. I'm 20 minutes away just got off work. (Did I mention I work night work yet?) And I'm pretty livid that my girlfriend is there alone to sign for the new frame with some strange men in the house. All goes well though, new frame is in and set up by the time I can make it home. I've been offered 0 compensation for this whole ordeal. My experience with Patricia in the store was fantastic. But everything out of her control; warehouse, the 2nd delivery, her well deserved days off and David covering for her, were all very disappointing. My suggestion: deal with Patricia, and pray you don't get the liar at the warehouse working your order. And again sorry David for being a dick on the phone.... Maybe I deserved the 6:38 am delivery. And the bed. Amazing. Fits 2 adults, 2 cats and a dog no problem. And this frame is pretty awesome too. I suggest spending the extra $$. But hey I'm going to bed. You know, night work and all. -Chris Edit: The company's "solution" was to give me a free mattress protector. I had already purchased one through them. When I asked what I was to do with a second one I was told to put it over the first one... No help there, no compensation for my troubles.

He didn't put the box spring on the delivery van as he agreed and when the delivery man didn't have it we called and he refused to speak with us. Then I was told of their 120 day guarantee which sounded great until she said it's with an additional fee of 249.00!!!! This is insane. Skylar was an exceptional help and worked out an amazing deal for me with all the additional savings they offered. I would suggest you shop anywhere but this place. The salesperson told us about their "Happiness…read moreGuarantee" which includes an exchange of your purchase within 120 days of original purchase. (Which we did, for an additional $99) After that with this guarantee you have 120 days from the original sale date to bring the bed back if you're still not happy. You pay a $99 pick up charge and a 20% restocking fee not to be more than $250. Your Happiness is their Guarantee..... so they say. Anyway, this is why I'm unhappy and stuck with my mattress. We wanted a mattress. We picked it out. We looked up the price. We settled on a deal. Turns out, this particular bed has been discontinued and the only one left if the floor model. The salesperson took $300 off the floor model and spoke highly of the Happiness Guarantee. Selling the guarantee more than the bed. We are now owners of a very expensive floor model that come to find out....... has to warranty or guarantee whatsoever. (In the fine print) I since got in touch with Mattress Firms Corporate Office and they said sorry, it's their policy to offer no warranty or guarantee on a floor model. They went on to add, that's the reason we received such a huge discount. We didn't even get a huge discount. The huge discount is the reason there's no warranty or guarantee. So as you can see, with a $300 discount for it being a floor model I figured it still had a warranty and guarantee. I also thought it had a warranty and guarantee because the salesperson spoke so highly of the "Happiness Guarantee". (Which does not apply to floor models. So we are now unhappy with our Beautyrest Mattress and Mattress Firm. If you're wondering, the salespersons name is Tony Spinnato. WE GOT SCREWED!

Had an $2100 order bed and new mattress...my sales lady was excellent. During the order, I was…read moregiven the option to be contacted by the driver a hour upon arrival. In the past, I have been burned by other furniture companies with not scheduling my correct delivery date. So a hour would give me a chance to break down my bed because I wanted to make sure a bed and mattress was going to be delivered. Of course, I get a call from the driver telling me they are 10-20 mins away...I'm like what happen to my hour notice. He says I'm sorry miss however due to our schedule we are calling you now. It take 20 seconds to call someone. So I explained the option that was given to me by the store. He asks would you like to reschedule no I want the agreement given to me. No point of going back and forth! I tell him I will reschedule. When I purchased the furniture the sales lady took me to a back office to speak to the representative cashier. She was suppose to update my info. I had all my information updated because they had 3 different profiles for me (not sure how that happen). I even gave the rep my driver license to make sure my information was correct. Your all set ma'am everything is updated. So when I called the store to reschedule and of course my address states I live in an apartment(I live in a house). It was not updated! Ugh! At least this representative was nice and apologize and offered me a discount. No one could give me an answer on why Value City offers a time option for the driver to call but it did not happen. So I cancelled my order. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the sales lady and second rep was nice. Hopefully I will get a better experience when I relocate to North Carolina (fingers crossed).
