Went here on Labor Day and had a disgusting experience with the woman working here…read more She accused my 9 year old niece of putting something from the store in her purse. We checked her bag and there was literally nothing. Then suddenly she went, I only wanted to make sure. Make sure of what? She had just said she saw her do it. Instead of admitting she was wrong and apologizing, she started blaming my niece, saying she wasn't supposed to touch anything in the store. Mind you, my niece was with us the entire time, just looking around. She wasn't even running around or touching everything. We were so done with her nasty attitude and were leaving, and she was still muttering that we should watch the child. Like, seriously? She falsely accused, found nothing, and somehow we were still the problem. Customers shouldn't be treated like thieves. If dealing with people makes you this miserable, customer service probably isn't for you. At least learn some basic decency and how to admit when you're wrong.

Don't buy furniture from here!!! It was a mistake to buy furniture from dishonest place ever!…read more Moving to a new apartment made me need to buy some furnitures. My husband and I drove by this store says their stuff was on sale. We decided to stopped by and take a look. We were looking for couches for our living room. A Russian lady was the salesperson at the time. Everything in the store I touch or looked at, she has everything in her own apartment even she mentioned she only have a small studio apartment. I don't know how she has more than 1or 2 couches in her apt. We agreed to buy a sofa and loveseat until the very end. I saw that she took the tag off the sofa we were getting so, I asked her if the item I'm getting will be the floor model. She said "yes, there's nothing wrong with that" my husband asked what if somebody has any kind of skin decease or germs and she replied us said "you can just go buy a spray and spray on the sofa, it will be fine" So we told her if it's the floor model. We don't want it but we are willing to wait for the new one to ship and delivery to our place even she said she will give me free delivery instead of charging me $50 extra. We told her that we want to get the new one and pay for delivery so, she said and wrote on my receipts that it will take 2-7 weeks they will contact me when they get it. 6 weeks passed by I still hear nothing so, I called them and another old guy was there instead. He said they have it wrapped in the stock. I finally get them delivery to my house and it ends as the floor model I received. It has the same spot ripping area by the edge of the sofa. I'm not shopping here ever again!

I should have read the previous comment…read more.. We purchased full size bed with chest on 5/17/2016th. Selection was made from catalog because the seller doesn't carry items as such in the store. At all times we were dealing with person named Igor. I believe he is the owner of this business. Both items were delivered on June 13th, 2016. We signed off on delivery. But the same day, after dusting furniture a defect on the footboard wad discovered. We contacted Igor right after (on the same day) via phone call and text (with sending picture) and expressed the issue. Igor stated that items would be picked up in a week or so. The pick up team arrived and collected entire bed and left. I spoke with Alexey (one of the people who were picking up the furniture) and asked him why is he picking up entire bed instead of just the footboard as only the footboard wad defective. To which he said not to worry and they would have entire bed swapped out to the new one. Second delivery was on July 18th. The delivery team assembled the furniture and literary ran away from the house not giving us chance to inspect the furniture. The delivered bed was even more damaged that it was originally. It had new scratches and chips that were painted over (an obvious attempt to hide the damage made by them). Even the headboard now have black mark/line across. We called Igor on the same day and Igor stated that there is nothing else he can do. He also acknowledged that he sent furniture to repair not to replace (as it was stated by Alexey during the pick up) I called Igor again today to see if we could resolve the situation but he was very emotional and ended up cursing and yelling at me. He hang up. How un-professional. Now Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division and then Small Claims Court... If you want to save the headache for yourself, simply don't buy from this place.

The fact that I've been to Savage Mill more than once and have missed this GIANT sprawling antique…read moreshop on the bottom floor is not just a crime, but a crime against humanity really. This place is HUGE. I don't know how i missed it. Or the giant antique chair that's out front for you to take pictures in. So this is like one of those antique stores where there are boothes everywhere that people rent out and basically sell and the antique store gets a small cut and they pay rent to have a booth there. There must be upwards of 40+ booths/vendors. Probably more. Everything from antique furniture, antique medical stuff, decor, you name it. I ended up getting some gifts for friends and now that I've given the gifts, I can detail them. An agate container that I thought was cool. A broach in the shape of a person (almost art deco style) but decorated in almost a Native American/Latin style. I got a set of beautiful Japanese coasters in a nice container with I believe Iris' on the front. I also got a cute little Canada themed hourglass thing. Just a bunch of random stuff where I saw it, and was like, "oh I could see this person liking this." I can't wait to go back. I spent maybe an hour or so there, but I could have easily spent more time. The people at the front were really helpful opening up glass cases to see certain items though I will say (the amount of keys and cases they have is sort of aggressive) lol. A LOT of stuff is behind lock and key. Great store though. And legit DO NOT know how I missed this.

We walked into the store with an item of interest in mind; but, after walking around, found several items that would fit our need. We also found quite a few items that will encourage us to come back for future needs. While the prices weren't inexpensive, they were in line with other stores that sold contemporary furniture. We ultimately left after purchasing something that we hadn't seen on the website, and it was delivered just a few days later. As an aside, to show how helpful they were, we were speaking with the owner about an upcoming trip and he gave us wonderful advice. Then, we asked for a local restaurant recommendation, since we weren't from that area. Soon after we were seated at the restaurant, one of the employees there came over and welcomed us by name, saying that the owner had called ahead.
