He was assisting another gentleman but still acknowledged us and showed us a couple of items to get us started! After he had concluded with the other customer, he provided me with us much information about purchasing a bed for my daughter! She tried out multiple beds and he was patient with my 10 year old! After about 3 beds, she made a choice! Anani wrote everything up and we were on our way! When finalizing payment, I went in again and was greeted by another amazing salesman! I can't remember his name but he was awesome! We talked during the process and he gave me a choice of free comfort cloud memory foam pillows which was a promotion they were currently running! So not only did I get the bed at the original sale price but I also received these expensive pillows for free! No one was my child getting here pillows! LoL! So delivery was scheduled and I was on my way! Another extremely transaction in the store! I was called the day before delivery with my delivery window! Not only was I called, I received a text and an email! My delivery window was very late, but oh well, no biggie! The day of delivery, I received a phone call 4 hours earlier from the delivery guy asking if he could come early! Yes!! That was my latest delivery, and being my moving day, I definitely had other things to do! They had that bed set up in less than 10 minutes and it was awesome! This experience from top to bottom was awesome! I will definitely purchase from this location again! My previous home was near a location, but he salesman there is the worst! So I can't to laurel since it was close to where I was moving! Great decision! Awesome location!

I'm going to start off with the experience. As soon as I walked into the store, my family and I…read morewere greeted by this gentleman from the other end of the store. I was pleasantly surprised, he was very happy to see us. (We came in late and he also helped us load the mattress) The knowledge that he possessed was immeasurable regarding the products that he was selling, he knew what the fabrics were made of and how it would affect the sleeping habits. I would recommend coming here not only due the fact that you would be able to attain the best attitude customer service, but you will also be able to bring home the mattress of your hearts desire the same day, unlike those other big mattress companies, who not only charges you extra but also expects you to either go to their warehouse or pay an exorbitant price to get it delivered to your location.

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

The store was empty of customers. The clerk asked if I was buying, I said I was just looking. My 13yo daughter also began checking out beds and then he asked if she was buying. I said she's looking as well. He became disgruntled, mumbled comments and said she was only playing if she wasn't buying. I said she has every right to look since she too sleeps on a bed. HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY "I don't know what she sleeps on." Then he asked us to leave because he "had other things to do". When my husband and I are ready to replace our king size mattress, we WILL not return to this store. Don't visit this Laurel, MD location unless you're comfortable with working with a disgusting attitude, at least not on Saturdays anyway.

We were greeted by Thomas, who gave us an overview of the store, provided his suggestions and pretty much gave us our space to roam the store. He also suggested that we take pictures of what we like so that if we come back, he can point us in the right direction. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.
