I told Anari, the store rep who greeted me, that I wanted one similar to the model I had, and even though that model was discontinued years ago, he knew right away which mattress to suggest. The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. Perhaps even more importantly, my guests were very happy with it (even thinking of getting a new mattress themselves as a result).

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

The store was empty of customers. The clerk asked if I was buying, I said I was just looking. My 13yo daughter also began checking out beds and then he asked if she was buying. I said she's looking as well. He became disgruntled, mumbled comments and said she was only playing if she wasn't buying. I said she has every right to look since she too sleeps on a bed. HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY "I don't know what she sleeps on." Then he asked us to leave because he "had other things to do". When my husband and I are ready to replace our king size mattress, we WILL not return to this store. When concerns brought to the attention of the owner, he stated he was not responsible for the wrong color furniture because it was not his fault she couldn't see what color it was in the catalog. We were greeted by Thomas, who gave us an overview of the store, provided his suggestions and pretty much gave us our space to roam the store. He also suggested that we take pictures of what we like so that if we come back, he can point us in the right direction. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.

I contacted the store the next day and they told me they would reach the owner manager to resolve. They never return my call so I called again with no response so I had to drive 30 minutes to store. They told me there was no exchanges even though it was defective so I contacted the manufacturer and they said it was a used returned mattress, and it was not under warranty and that this location was not an authorized retailer and could not assist me either I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere from an authorized dealer who sells new not used mattresses this is a real customer review

And it takes 3 weeks or more before they get the item in. Then they ship it out to you. The signs on window says liquidation. Don't be fooled guys. It's still over priced. Your better off go to Marlo or value city they have better return policy. And you can finance your furniture. This place is crap and deceiving. Stay away. They dent and scratch our furniture upon hauling up the stairs and didn't even offer us discounts or replace damage item. Horrible business
