We checked her bag and there was literally nothing. Then suddenly she went, I only wanted to make sure. Make sure of what? She had just said she saw her do it. Instead of admitting she was wrong and apologizing, she started blaming my niece, saying she wasn't supposed to touch anything in the store. Mind you, my niece was with us the entire time, just looking around. She wasn't even running around or touching everything. We were so done with her nasty attitude and were leaving, and she was still muttering that we should watch the child. Like, seriously? She falsely accused, found nothing, and somehow we were still the problem. Customers shouldn't be treated like thieves. If dealing with people makes you this miserable, customer service probably isn't for you. At least learn some basic decency and how to admit when you're wrong.

The reason why you can never find any items that correspond with the 50% off color of the day is because as soon as this place opens, there are employees assigned to hurry up and REMOVE items with that color. I was in the shoe aisle and all of a sudden saw a woman grabbing shoes and quickly tossing them into a bag. As I looked closer, these were all shoes with BLUE stickers (which happened to be the 50% off color of the day). No one else was in the aisle which is why she likely felt comfortable doing something so grimy. The fact that everything in this store was received for FREE and literally just put on a shelves and hangers--but you people have the NERVE to not only price gauge but intentionally HIDE items that would have qualified for the 50% off color is egregious. Your greed knows no bounds.

They're located in that random giant industrial area that runs alongside Route 1 on the side where the train tracks are. The vintage store is bigger than it may appear from the outside, and there's truly a LOT to sort through. Furniture, trinkets, pillows... you name it, they have it. There were some small tables and stools that almost found a home with me, but I was like... where am I going to put these things?! My kitchen is already being to be overloaded, and I rather not have that same energy rippling through the rest of the house. I ended up seeing this beautiful and vintage black and gold highball and shaker set that fit my bar / living room space really well, and I couldn't resist. With a call out to family, I knew I would still be too late for that item. See, the one thing I do not like about these places is that if you purchase, you have a set amount of time to pick it up and take it home. I know I would not be able to secure that item. But, when the cavalry arrived, I was set to go here and make a purchase, even if it wasn't for the item I was hoping for. I am kind of glad that I didn't get that item, because looking back now, it would not have fit in my apartment in the least. I am happy with the two items that I did end up purchasing. For less than $40 I came home with two items, even if I did have to make two trips. I came on a good day here. One thing to keep in mind is check out what tags are discounted even more. One tag will be 75% off and others will be about 40% off. I can confirm that the prices here are outrageous. If it wasn't for the discounted pricing that day, I would have spent close to $250. I did get a deep discount, but if I would have come another day, it would have been a different story. Biggest complaint here, is that when they receive new, unopened items, they really do overprice them. They really go out of their way to make it unobtainable just to keep you coming back.

We were greeted by Thomas, who gave us an overview of the store, provided his suggestions and pretty much gave us our space to roam the store. He also suggested that we take pictures of what we like so that if we come back, he can point us in the right direction. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.

Finally had a chance to check out red white and blue thrift store yesterday for the first time…read moreafter hearing about it a few years ago. it is cash only but they have an ATM within their premises if you forget cash. This thrift store is unbelievably organized and also incredibly overstimulating. We ended up having to cut our shopping trip short from just the shear amount of sites sounds and smells in there. However I came out feeling like I had scored an unbelievable thrift haul and got an amazing deal on a few things that I got there. I got a really great lamp for my daughter's room two matching pillows for her room as well. I got a knitted skirt for myself a pink Cuisinart ice cream maker a working Kindle for my daughter a pusheen book in almost new condition. a really nice small casserole dish with a lid that had a really pretty print and is oven dishwasher and microwave safe as as well as this really cute lucky cat bowl I got all of those for about $64 including tax. They also have tag deals which I appreciate since a lot of the thrift store nearby have been getting rid of them. The parking lot could be a little hectic so come prepared. Make sure you bring some extra time to sort through everything. next time, I'm definitely gonna go and spend more time on the clothing sections. The women's clothing at least is color coordinated so don't go looking in a specific size, go looking based on color. I went with my friend and she even got a rifle paper company rug for her brand new apartment. It was in really good condition and was such a beautiful find if she didn't get it I would!

I feel I am ripped off as I have not even sit or used it and being subjected to this high penalty. really need help here to get the correct item.
