I was pleasantly surprised, he was very happy to see us. (We came in late and he also helped us load the mattress) The knowledge that he possessed was immeasurable regarding the products that he was selling, he knew what the fabrics were made of and how it would affect the sleeping habits. I would recommend coming here not only due the fact that you would be able to attain the best attitude customer service, but you will also be able to bring home the mattress of your hearts desire the same day, unlike those other big mattress companies, who not only charges you extra but also expects you to either go to their warehouse or pay an exorbitant price to get it delivered to your location.

I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

Seeing the outstanding reviews of Mattress Firm in White Oak we decided to shop there. There is plenty of free parking in front of the store. When we entered Saidu greeted us pleasantly. We explained what we were looking for and we started trying out mattresses. I had been reading reviews and they were all over the place over which was the best so I was a little confused. The selection at Mattress Firm was not huge, but I think that was good because there were enough to make a good decision, but not get overwhelmed. Saidu never pushed us toward any particular mattress, just let us keep testing. When we made our selection the check-out was easy and the delivery date was much sooner than we had hoped. The delivery went smoothly, we were notified of the time of arrival, the men were polite and efficient. The total experience was so easy! And now that we've had out mattress for a few days and we our very happy with our choice.

WATCH OUT FOR SALESMAN/LIAR NAMED MICHAEL!!!…read more If he had disclosed all the important information I needed to know, I would not have made the purchase I did make, but at least I would have left with a good impression of the store. NOTE: this review should not be taken as a review of the entire firm! Only of this location, and very specifically, of this salesman/liar! What a horrible experience I had! I went in looking to purchase a new mattress to replace the one I had for 15 years... My back was hurting me so much, and it was time to do something about it. Having seen the promotion going on with the mattress firm, I decided to walk in and see what they could do. I was met by a person who, at that time, I thought was a great person, very personable I'll be at with very bad teeth (watch out for that folks eww!) I looked at several mattresses and finally decided on one, but I really needed to get the sheets and a pillow to fit that mattress! The bundle, normally selling for over $500, he was able to give it to me for less than 400. I thought that was a great deal when we sat down to work out the financing and delivery details, he said everything would arrive the next day by delivery (Today, in fact... This review comes the day after of the sale). What a not so awesome surprise, when the delivery truck arrived, the delivery people, very nice gentleman by the way, brought in the new mattress, had me sign the receipt of delivery and of course took the old mattress. "Wait a minute! Where is the pillow/sheet bundle that I purchased?" The delivery people had no idea what I was talking about, and when they showed me closely the delivery receipt, there was no mention of the bundle! After they left I made an urgent call to the local show room, where salesman/liar Michael told me, "oh that's right, it comes from the manufacturer to you. It should arrive in a few days, or in a few weeks." I mean, WTF!!! Pardon my expletive! The sheets that I had for the mattress that the delivery people hold away, does not even fit this mattress! I have nothing to cover it with, and I have nothing to sleep on! Like I said earlier, if salesman/liar Michael had actually told me the truth, yes I would probably not have made the purchase, but I would've left with a good feeling that I had been taken care of and the truth would have been told. The lesson here: WATCH OUT AND DO NOT WORK WITH MICHAEL!!! If I could render this review with ZERO STARS, I would!

After about 3 beds, she made a choice! Anani wrote everything up and we were on our way! When finalizing payment, I went in again and was greeted by another amazing salesman! I can't remember his name but he was awesome! We talked during the process and he gave me a choice of free comfort cloud memory foam pillows which was a promotion they were currently running! So not only did I get the bed at the original sale price but I also received these expensive pillows for free! No one was my child getting here pillows! LoL! So delivery was scheduled and I was on my way! Another extremely transaction in the store! I was called the day before delivery with my delivery window! Not only was I called, I received a text and an email! My delivery window was very late, but oh well, no biggie! The day of delivery, I received a phone call 4 hours earlier from the delivery guy asking if he could come early! Yes!! That was my latest delivery, and being my moving day, I definitely had other things to do! They had that bed set up in less than 10 minutes and it was awesome! This experience from top to bottom was awesome! I will definitely purchase from this location again! My previous home was near a location, but he salesman there is the worst!
