Best consignment shop near Annapolis!!! I love how the clothes, purses and accessories are organized. They have great brands and reasonable prices. The home decor section is so neat how they organize it as if you're walking through someone's home. The store is neat and tidy and the cashiers are very friendly. One of our group fell down the stairs to the lower level and the staff quickly came to the rescue. My mom and I came here towards the end of October. It was our first time here. We were greeted when we came in. The register area was very busy. I wish the purses were on some kind of shelving system. They were hung on one of those branch racks and it makes it harder to browse when there's purses on top of each other. I want to see the gorgeous bags you have! The purses were recognizable name brands and appeared to be in great condition. If you're looking for a specific piece to pull that outfit together, I'm certain you can find it here. They had a ton of clothes. Racks on racks. The clothing that I looking at was all name brand, high end brands, decent prices, and great condition. They had a bit of a selection of plus size clothing as well, which was nice. I also saw a ton of shoes. There were shoes on a separate shelf in the first room and more lined up along the windows in the back room. There's a children's area downstairs called Little Honeys. We didn't go down there, but they have furniture and other kids decor for sale. When we were on our way out, the owner was there and thanked us for coming in. We told her it was our first time there. She explained the tag system on the board near the register (certain tags are certain percentages off). She chatted with us for a bit. She was very friendly. We went next door to Honeysuckle home where they have furniture and other decor. Their pieces were very nice. Sometimes you'll go into consignment furniture stores and their furniture is so ugly and outdated. That's certainly not the case here. Nothing looked junky or cheaply made. We found a cute, old fashioned looking phone for decor for $15. The employees we encountered were so helpful and friendly. I asked to see how much a piece was that was on a high shelf and the employee had no problem with dragging over the ladder to get it for me. You pay at the window near the entrance to the furniture store. Overall, we would most definitely come back! I liked what they had for sale and the employees were very kind. read more

My favorite consignment shop! Back in 2009, I had my first job teaching at a super preppy private school down the street (think: double turf lacrosse field.) It may sound like an exaggeration, but hitting this store on the way home was my main motivation for going to work every day. They have all kinds of items ranging in quality from forever 21 to designer names like Tori Burch. I've had a lot of luck finding very unique items here. Beyond that, the actual layout of the store is really cool too. The junior's section is in a greenhouse and the bottom floor is dedicated to little kids. They even have a room to keep kids occupied to make your shopping trip less stressful. They also sell maternity clothing, which is pretty rare to find in a consignment store. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every day they have different colors of tags on sale. Today I was able to score Birkenstock sandals for $23 because yellow tags were half off. I was even able to get 10% more off after pointing out a small defect on the side of the shoe. The cashier got her manager and they were happy to give me the extra discount on top of the already discounted price. I think this place is best for finding unique items, especially bags and jewelry. My experience with Honeysuckle was very poor. I will never go back and will go out of my way to steer others away. I left a valuable dining set with Honeysuckle. They sold it for about 15% of what we agreed and then didn't bother to tell me it sold. I would have done better giving it to Goodwill. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I can how horrid my experience with them was. It is hard to even write about this without becoming upset again. read more

Bottom Line: A busy, well organized consignment store with lots of variety. Drive by Honeysuckle on a Saturday and you will notice a very full parking lot. Even the back parking lot gets crowded. Since the store features gently used women's clothing, kid's clothing and home goods, there is wide appeal for this store. There is so much to look at here that it can be a little overwhelming and you really have to be dedicated to the search. But, I do think Honeysuckle organizes their inventory well to make it as "shoppable" as possible. I agree with another Yelper who said the prices were fair-to-high. read more

Super hard to find place if you don't see the sign off the road. I had to call in the first time I came here. The First Lady who answered the phone was very nice, the second lady was very rude. In fact when I went in I said who ever answered the phone the second time when I was lost was so rude. The first girl said, that's the boss. Well then. The prices are all over the map. Free people $20, Eileen Fisher $10. Lululemon $50. I don't get it. If you know the retail prices you'll know those numbers don't match up. They do a 75% sale in the back room, which I didn't even know I could go into because there are no signs on the door. They also do half off sales on certain colors, but would never know which colors unless you ask or go in that back freezing room. I got an item today that was 50% off & didn't even know it. I like Honeysuckle for their large inventory. The clothes are sorted by size. The fitting rooms here aren't very comfortable. They are too hot, and not all of them have a chair. When I am trying on pants, skirts, and dresses it is nice to have a place to sit to put my shoes back on. The employees are usually pleasant when I check out, but are otherwise not friendly. I don't know if it is because I usually shop there when I'm in jeans and a graphic t-shirt, but that shouldn't matter. I like to consignment shop for work clothes, and for when I'm feeling dressier outside of work. read more

My car broke down across the road from this shop, my phone was dead and it was pretty warm out. They let me used their phone to call AAA, helped describe the location and even looked up the AAA phone number for me! All the customers seemed happy and I can see why, the women who work there are very friendly. Not the best place to sell. They have been accepting fewer of my items that have sold well elsewhere (my mother has a high-end retail establishment, so many of my items have been unworn gifts from her). I have also found fewer items of quality when shopping, so I am more inclined to go elsewhere. Stumbled upon this while visiting the area on February 29. Didn't get in there till 4 but thought I had plenty of time considering they didn't close until 5. I work at a consignment shop in Orlando and was excited to see a lot of very nice brands. I ended up trying on about 30 - 40 items feeling like I hit the jackpot. The store employee at the door was cool at best when I entered the store meaning not very welcoming. At 4:50 she announced "we close at 5 ladies" and I hadn't even begun to try on yet. She never offered to help. She was well aware of the potential of the sale. I was sympathetic to the fact that it's Saturday and she wanted to go home but still felt like I wasn't appreciated as a customer, not accommodating in the least. My friend hung up everything I didn't purchase to help speed up the process. She came in to the dressing room and asked if she could start ringing up the sale. I hurried myself to get dressed and by the time I got to the cash register she was finished. The total of my sale was over $300. I'm happy with my purchase but so unhappy with the customer service. This "sales"lady did not SELL me a thing. Note to the owner.. you may want to have a store meeting. Loved your store. Didn't get to explore the whole place. Not sure I'll be back though. read more

Several of the people reviewing on here, look to be employees of the store. I wish that I could leave less than 1 star. I will never consign with this company again! When I went to drop off items, for consignment, the woman assisting was extremely rude and snotty. When I spoke to her on the phone about picking up my unsold items, she was just as rude and snotty. They charge a larger fee than every other consignment store in Annapolis to work with them. They also do not list the items you drop off to consign, so if you are taking in large quantities, there is no way of knowing what you left with them. They do not list your items sold online, so there is no way of knowing what items of yours they sold, or for how much. It seems like a scam to get to keep your clothes, and I certainly do not believe that they donate your unsold items / not picked up items. The items they sell are extremely over priced for their used quality as well. Overly worn, damaged, or stained items for high prices, simply because of the brand name. Several items on their racks were priced higher than in the actual store originally bought from. The racks are also disorganized. It is an over priced thrift store. The only good items were the purses. I will not recommend anyone do business with Honey Suckle, for there are way better consignment stores in Annapolis. read more

I adore this store. Lots of high end pieces, and unlike Echoes And Accents, when they stick a high price tag on an item it is very clear why it costs that much. While they have lots of mainstream brands, it is definitely my go to store when I want a higher end item at a steep discount. The clothing store is in one shop, is well organized and easy to lose track of time in. Pay attention to the handbags and jewelry out front, as well as their ever changing selection of great sunglasses. The furniture/home goods section is in an adjacent shop, and it is well kept and laid out. Such a pleasure to walk through and browse, with a great selection of items. I spend more time convincing myself that I don't need another ________ in this store, because I am tempted to buy at every visit. Highly recommend. read more

Ok to shop...won't consign my items any longer. They sold my $500 Tory Burch bag for $50. They wouldn't take a Marc Jacobs dress because it's 'not their market' ...I BOUGHT it there! I've been in fashion/consignment business for 20 years... I'm guessing most of the employees get their knowledge of fashion from internet. I'm sad as they have a better selection then most. Current consignor and they have been fabulous to work with. Always greeted warmly upon arrival and there is never more than a 5 minute wait while they review the items I have brought in for consignment. During my first visit, they were eager to review their contract terms and provide recommendations regarding when I should bring items in depending on the season. I have not yet purchased anything from their store, but from the items I've seen through browsing, they are in great condition. Will continue to do business with them. read more

I used to have good luck at their store and the employees used to be friendly, but they must have a completely new staff. Today I stopped by to see if they had anything that would catch my eye and no one said a word to me. When I walked in 3 women were at the front, all made eye contact with me, and said nothing. Not a "hi, how or you?". As I walked through the store one of the women started hanging clothes in the area I was in, made eye contact, and again said nothing. Didn't even crack a smile! I didn't have any luck finding anything in the store, so as I was leave (to no surprise) no one said anything again. The entire time I was in the store no one even acknowledged my presence. If you want business, don't treat your customers like they're invisible! If you go in here you better be dressed to the nines, because if you go in in a t-shirt like I did, you'll get treated like you don't exist. read more
