I love the unique styles that I can choose from, styles you will not see anywhere else. I love the way each garment fits as if it's tailor made for me. I have worn clothes for all occasions from The G Shop, I turn heads as I walk in a room and of course the compliments never seas to amaze me. I have been around the world wearing The G shop Fashions and will continue making a fashion statements... people call me fly!

My 60 yr old mother, stylish, but still a 60 year old woman, asked me to take her to the G shop…read morebased on loving the clothes one of her 60 yr old friend's wore. You can imagine what my expectation was regarding what type of clothes I would encounter. I took her, b/c I'm a good daughter, not b/c I was expecting to enjoy a single moment of my time in the shop. My initial impression couldn't be farther from my actually experience. We drove into an unassuming strip mall and was immediately directed to the shop by signs posted along the parking lot (good idea). As we pull up, we are greeted by a hot pink "red" carpet and window dressing far from grandma/elderly woman's clothing. As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. She will make you feel like a princess, and you will leave with clothes, jewelry, accessories that will actually look like your best self. Head to G shop to get your DIVA on!

Since I know nothing I learned that they don't come with the holes drilled. So we walked over the the pro shop. It was quite the hopping place. For a bowling pro shop in Crofton. We got great personalized service. They were so nice to my son. They even let him watch the holes get drilled. And feed the fish. And while I have zero idea of how much that should cost, it was only $25.

Whether it be the owners or someone that's working at any given time. There are many and they've all been helpful, courteous and professional. Another pro shop I've been to previously was condescending and not helpful at all. I will never go back there. I switched all of my equipment over to the interchangeable thumb system and all fit perfectly. Had an issue with my Dexter's and they resolved with the manufacturer. There were times when I asked what I thought were dumb questions because I'm not the best bowler and just didn't understand the tech or layout. (Older school bowler) I am always met with the personal one-on-one time explaining it and understanding no matter how busy it is. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. You will not regret coming here. It is definitely worth your time and money. Thanks again

The owner made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness and respect. She had some beautiful items. This was the only time we saw things we actually liked. Her prices were not any more than any other boutique. I want to thank you, Mrs. Starlen for putting a smile back on our faces and giving my granddaughter an opportunity to say yes to the dress.

Immediately upon trying to enter the store we were stopped with a hand to our face telling us we weren't allowed in in a very nasty tone because I had children with me. Despite there being a small child already inside. My oldest went ahead of me so I could park and there was no reception for me to call or text her to have her come outside so we waited in 86 degrees in front of the store until I finally peeked my head in to ask if someone could send my daughter out. This is where things took an even worse turn. The woman and her husband were seemingly bothered by me asking for them to send my daughter out as she tried on dresses telling me to "just close the door". They came outside and told me while my kids sat on the curb to tell me kids touch things and break stuff and I told them my kids weren't going to do that and she says this isn't against you it's just store policy. All I wanted was to get my daughter a nice prom dress I didn't see the sign that said no kids because her sisters and I were excited to see the dresses on display and what should have been a beautiful memory turned in to a terrible nightmare. The man held the door closed so we couldn't enter and when I walked away to wait for my daughter in the car and put her sisters in the air conditioning the man then followed me to my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Another client walked past and said the woman had a terrible attitude and she was absolutely correct. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

I am writing to share a recent experience at the Bowie store, as well as to recognize a manager who…read morehandled the situation appropriately -- hence why it's two stars. I am a newly returning Kohl's customer--it's been years. Within my first week of shopping at the Bowie store, I encountered two separate service concerns -- so here's my complaint and commendation at the same time: First, I attempted to return an item that the system initially indicated was "not returnable," though no clear reason was provided. I was asked for additional information, which I provided. When the associate was unable to resolve the issue, the interaction became noticeably impatient and dismissive. There were visible signs of frustration, including non-verbal cues that conveyed irritation rather than a willingness to assist. At one point, the interaction shifted in a way that felt personally directed rather than solution-focused. The associate was very frustrated (unbelievable to me), eye-rolling, expressions of exasperation, and standing with her hands on her hips. The tone and body language suggested that the internal system discrepancy was somehow my responsibility. That was inappropriate. If internal numbers do not match or a technical discrepancy exists, that is an operational matter to resolve--not a customer failure. Redirecting frustration toward the customer reflects a lapse in composure and the lack of regulating yourself. Fortunately, the manager on duty, Deidra, intervened, hallelujah! She was calm, respectful, and solution-oriented. She did not display frustration, and she handled the matter with professionalism. Ultimately, the issue was resolved. I would like to formally acknowledge her leadership and demeanor. She demonstrated the level of service customers expect. Second, I recently received an online order that arrived visibly damaged. Items were missing from the package. Thankfully, I photographed the condition upon arrival. I followed the Deidre's instructions to resolve the matter, and that issue was also addressed by the very helpful, respectful and professional service representative. However, experiencing two service disruptions in my first week as a returning customer raises concern. As someone who leads an organization and manages diverse personalities daily, I understand that challenges arise in any business. What distinguishes a company is how its "people" respond under pressure. Customers should not feel the emotional burden of internal system or procedural challenges. Courtesy, patience, respect and professionalism should be first--even when resolution requires additional effort. I appreciate that both matters were ultimately resolved by the manager, Deidra; thank you for not displaying discontent with me for a matter that was out of my control. Sincerely 3/3/26
