The tech was out bright and early and Was very good at communication. This is a rental property for us so I was not on site and, knowing this, he kept me informed of everything that was going on. He determined the filter needed to be replaced and provided estimates by the end of that business day. I had multiple questions and he was patient and knowledgeable when answering them all. He helped me to order the necessary items and again, kept me informed throughout the whole process. When the parts arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly as well. An installation day he arrived bright and early and again, made every effort to keep me informed of what they were doing. He took pictures of the old equipment and a picture of the new equipment after it was installed. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the extra time and effort that was given to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on since I was not on site. if we have additional needs in the future for our inground pool I will definitely be giving this company a call.

He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment, I won't use another hot tub repair company.

Very disappointing to have to then walk all the way down those stairs. Also a large hot tub that is for only over 18 - don't even think of putting your toe in it if you're under the age limit as you will immediately be chastised. There also is a whirlpool which is fun but don't put your head under the water as you will immediately have a whistle blown at you. My advice is make sure to go with friends or make sure that you're going to play in the pool with your kids. There isn't enough attractions to hold interest for long. For the price of $6 each tho I think we did ok Bathrooms dressing rooms were adequate.

We…read moreoriginally decided to purchase our endless pool/spa from the Clarksburg Capital Hot Tub Store over 4 years ago after speaking with the manager and owner. They had very good customer service reviews and were very helpful in helping us purchase our pool during the COVID outbreak. They continued to provide good customer service for the next few years but recently the customer service has been terrible. This February I called and left a message about cracks in the end panels of my endless pool. We ended up playing phone tag so I stopped by the store. The representative said they would place the order and that it would take a couple of months to arrive. I had been calling, emailing and stopping by the store periodically from February to July asking about the panels. There was constant confusion, and staff kept citing high turnover as the reason for delays in receiving the panels and for problems locating them in the warehouse. In the beginning of July I emailed and called again. A few days later, I finally got a call saying they could set up an appointment because the panels were in. I didn't doubt that all the panels are in because I was told numerous times that they would not set up an appointment until all the panels were in. Imagine my surprise and anger when the technician came out this week to replace my endless pool/spa panels but only brought one panel with him. (For the most part the technicians have been great and they are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars). The technician, Jay checked the order and said he only saw one panel on order and one panel reserved and that they were the same panel. He didn't see any other panels ordered. Jay apologized and said he would try to order the remaining panels tonight or tomorrow morning. He also said he would talk to Jeff the manager about how mixed up my orders have been and have him contact me. Later that evening Jay texted me to tell me he ordered the additional panels because he didn't see the other panels on order or in their system. I'm confused as to why it was so hard for the service staff to order the proper number of panels but Jeff could do it that evening? If they were only going to replace one panel at a time we could have done this a long time ago. The next day, there was no call from Jeff the manager. So I called and left a message for Jeff. I also emailed the service staff I had been working with and left a message on the website. Still no message from anyone. I called and spoke to Lamar. He said Jay ordered the panels, apologized for the confusion and would have the district manager contact me. This was a few days ago and still no contact from any management. I left another message this afternoon asking for management to contact me. Still nothing. Why is it so hard to receive email responses when I send an email to individuals and the company website? I understand there has been turnover but this is ridiculous! You should not have to go to the store to get responses. I have left numerous messages via email, voicemail, and the website for numerous individuals this week and have yet to receive a response. We purchased from this store based on the reviews, but obviously, the service has seriously deteriorated. So if you are thinking you are going to get that great customer service indicated by old reviews think again!

We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. I hired them to open my large pool of 33,000 gallons of water. 2 workers came yo my home to open…read moreit. They removed the cover , saw the pump motor worked and checked to see the cartridges in the filter system, I was told they sweep a little. The whole process took 1 1/2!hrs. Need less to say the pool water was terrible and smelled. They said the put some shock in. First, the filtration system was not cleaning at all so I , put in an over amount of shock. It did take the smell away but still was not clean. Had my son recheck both top skimmers and found a plug was left so the water could not flow to the filter. Now after a few weeks I was able to get the cloudiness out of most of the water. Shock, the cleaning jets on the pool wall still had the plugs in them. So total plugs never removed were 6. No wonder I could never get the water clear. I paid a total of $575 because of my in-ground cleaning system , which could not work properly until I removed all the 6 plugs, which should have been done when they opened it. I was totally surprised this morning with a text from the owner of BMA pools. He had just come back from vacation and just read my text to him. He apologized for any of my inconvenience and sent me a refund of $200. He respected our budget, while simultaneously helping us envision an amazing outdoor experience for our family. Throughout the project, Scott was redibly helpful in keeping us on track, as well as making recommendations to improve the process, pool, patio, and landscape. All of the workers were professional and highly skilled. Ultimately, we ended up with a gorgeous outdoor space that we use every day. It feels cramped inside, and there isn't a lot of room for a cart or moving around too much. Still, they have a ton of gardening and decorating products, especially around Christmastime! We were actually here to see Santa, since we couldn't book him at the other location. But, I'm glad we checked it out. They have a Rise Up coffee shop attached too, which was convenient. Made for a nice little treat after shopping. I really don't have a lot else to say. It's still hit-or-miss as far as value is concerned. Some items seem vastly overpriced, and others are more reasonable. You'll pay more for seasonal items, of course, but check back after said season is over (or close to its end), and you can find some very good bargains. The customer service is on par as well. Very friendly staff who are helpful and approachable. Never had an issue with service at Homestead! Overall, great garden shop in Severna Park, and were it closer, I'd be a regular here instead. I love their holiday train setup in the back as well! (Though, again, Davidsonville has a LOT more space for a MUCH bigger display... but it's the effort that matters, and both deserve the highest marks!)
