I had kept the original sample and when I got the actual floor I laid out a few pieces to check the color....seemed okay. After the floor was installed I noticed raised bumps on the entire floor and it looked dirty. The owner came out and tested the floor and said it was probably grout haze and suggested a cleaner. The cleaner didn't change the bumps or haze. Over the next 3 months we have been back and forth with the owner a few times, a rep even came by and said she couldn't see a problem despite the difference from the original sample to what I received that I showed her. She claimed she saw not problem. I contacted the owner via text and explained the experience and was never answered. I had suggested that the tile was possibly defective in my note. I was aware there might be a health problem in his family so I let a month go by and still never heard back. I called again this week and said I just wanted to find a solution even if it was other tile cleaners to try. He would never address/admit or take responsibility for the tile looking defective. Despite knowing I have an example of original sample and what was delivered. I think it is not good business to not stand by your product. I have since had another local company look at the sample and installed floor and they agree the tile is defective but Atlas has just dismissed the whole thing. Now I have a floor that is not what I purchased and was told it was not their problem. The other issue with the company is you do not stick with the same sales person through the selling process. This results in one person not taking responsibility for your purchase. I experienced just a bunch of people pointing fingers at each other and not taking responsibility for the sale to their customer. I would never recommend this company.

When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. I received several potential options and booked a few estimate visits. After the estimate and speaking directly to Troy from The Flooring Center, I knew this company was a perfect fit for our budget. Plus, they had stellar 5 star reviews online. The wood was ordered and delivered within 2 days and a day was scheduled for the installation. After being quoted 2 days for installation by another flooring company, I was highly impressed this job would only take 4 - 5 hours for The Flooring Center to complete. On the day of the installation, the flooring team arrived within the quoted time slot and did a fabulous job with the installation. They literally came in and got to work! It was about 4 or 5 workers and they had an excellent team work system. One would stay outside to cut the wood, 2 were working on the floor, another was running back and forth, while another was cleaning up. They finished within the quoted time slot and were in and out in a flash! They literally arrived at 8:15am and were gone by 11:30am. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! The clean-up went well and we were very pleased with the final product. If you're in the market for new flooring or carpet, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. My installation was NOT done per the agreement and they refused to come to my house to look at the installation and why it was not done correctly for the custom shower. Then they charged my credit card without my permission. I have been rehabbing a house and have never experienced this type of horrible service from a contractor and failure to even look at the install in person to fix the installation. As a result I had to pay an extra $2,000 to have the shower door moved and the tile work repaired. I have made every contractor I have worked with since aware of this business is a scam.
