I called Leslie's pools to find out if they service or replace sand filters and they scheduled a service call for the very next morning! The tech was out bright and early and Was very good at communication. This is a rental property for us so I was not on site and, knowing this, he kept me informed of everything that was going on. He determined the filter needed to be replaced and provided estimates by the end of that business day. I had multiple questions and he was patient and knowledgeable when answering them all. He helped me to order the necessary items and again, kept me informed throughout the whole process. When the parts arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly as well. An installation day he arrived bright and early and again, made every effort to keep me informed of what they were doing. He took pictures of the old equipment and a picture of the new equipment after it was installed. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the extra time and effort that was given to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on since I was not on site. if we have additional needs in the future for our inground pool I will definitely be giving this company a call.

We replaced our inground pool liner last summer and, although the process was something new for us, they explained everything to us clearly and were incredibly helpful. He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. The purchase costed more than Costco or an online retailer, but It's well worth it. There are a lot of logistics when purchasing a hot tub such as delivery, installation, electrical, setup and so many other factors. And also warranty. These folks did an amazing job from electrical to set up and so many other items that's needed when setting up a hot tub. The best part is they provide amazing service afterwards. I've had to call for maintenance a few times and capital hot tubs takes care of it. Recently my control display died and Jay came over and took care of everything and was courteous, professional, and he knew his stuff. On top of that Jay also fixed another item under warranty that I wasn't even aware of. If you're looking for a real hot tub please don't buy online. Instead go to these folks and they will make it great and also after.
