This was not a cheap phone but a top of the line Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, I don't do Apple. I also went to an unlimited plan with hotspot data as well. The tech put the liquid glass on my phone and went through every detail of my plan and what the price would be. My bill is $50 cheaper than it was and my phone is awesome so I am a happy customer.

She worked hours...really...at reporting and clearing the fraud, then had to do it again on a second account.
