Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan.

We were there for close to 15 minutes and she never said hello, no welcome to Verizon, no I'll be with you in a minute... Not one word to acknowledge that we as customers had walked into the store. I don't know who is training these employees but when customers call or enter they should be greeted immediately. We were coming in to transfer over from AT&T three phone lines. I asked if they could do a factory reset and the answer was still NO, can't help you. After some research on Google and some patience, I was able to factory reset the phone and sync it with another device. I was willing to pay them for their assistance. I am appalled by their horrible customer service!! They are supposed to be IT specialists for these phones. She could have at least asked a supervisor. When I tried to explain that to her, she got upset and said she wouldnt be yelled at and refunded the order. Im still stuck with batteries that do not have skins for them after dealing with a petulant child that doesnt know how to deal with customers.
