The good news is I live really close to Barnes towing and tire. I drove in and rang the bell, and Tim came out to help me. It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. I called around 3pm to see if he could give me a time estimate on his arrival but no answer. Texted him and asked if he was still coming by to detail my vehicle. No reply. Called again later and still no answer. I'm not exactly sure why you would tell a customer that you will come by to provide service when you really do not have any intention of doing so and on top of that why you would ignore said customer when they attempt communication and literally want to give you their money. I'd love to know the answer to this question but Cory probably wouldn't answer in the first place so I guess we'll never know. Strange, do not recommend using this service.
