Paid $125 for a diagnostic, only to be told I need a new hood latch that they can't get and that I should try the dealership. They never even addressed my check engine light. Meanwhile, they quoted me a whopping $750 for front brake pads and rotors. As a reminder, you can get brake pads and rotors for $150 tops on Amazon. Absolutely ridiculous. So I paid $125, left with NOTHING resolved, and they couldn't even be bothered to put air in my tires despite the tire pressure warning being on. Seriously? Not even air in the tires? On top of that, the garage seems to be staffed by very young, seemingly inexperienced workers. I can't speak to their qualifications, but the lack of service certainly didn't inspire confidence. I have no problem paying for good service, but this felt like a complete waste of money. It seems they're more interested in finding things to charge you for than actually helping you. Terrible experience. Won't be back.

Within 10 minutes of starting my trip I got a "tires low pressure" warning on my vehicle which remained throughout my travels back and forth, which gets very annoying. We were vacationing in the area over the 4th of July and wow was the area busy! The paper said that…read moreit was one of the busiest years ever in Rehoboth. People everywhere! Wouldn't you know, that is when our trusty vehicle decided to break down! But at least our good old SUV had the heart to do it in the best place possible! If there is such a thing as the right place to breakdown, that's where it happened! We met a wonderful woman who recommended this garage that just happened to be right down the road and not somewhere up the Coastal Highway which could have been called the Coastal Crawlway that weekend! She helped us so much, we are very thankful she was there! We rolled into this garage during their lunch hour and they jumped right on the situation. They said they knew they would have trouble getting parts if we needed something they didn't have since it was right before the 4th. Unfortunately we needed an alternator which most places don't happen to have just lying around, but they ordered it quickly and then everyone had to wait. We originally needed to go home on the 4th but realized that my wife's vacation just got extended! She and my son could wait, I was due back at work and I had to visit the great folks at Enterprise and drive home. This business was also great to deal with. My wife and son would be bringing the vehicle home and I hoped that this garage would repair the vehicle and make it safe and sound for them. They did everything that needed to be done and they kept her posted along the way! They were absolutely awesome! As soon as the part got there, they called my wife and told her that they were beginning to work on it, they let her know what time they thought they would be done and then when they finished (earlier than expected even) they called and let her know. She was able to plan her departure and get on the road that evening without feeling rushed or worried! They were extremely nice to all of us and we appreciated it so much! The vehicle ran like a top and she never once felt nervous during the long drive home! The pricing was very fair and reasonable and the service was above and beyond! This episode didn't come close to ruining our vacation and that is largely due to the fact that such great people were surrounding us the whole time! It was a busy time of year, it was hot and hectic and it could have been easy for all of these people to get frustrated, but everyone had smiles on their faces and worked so hard to get the job done! We really truly appreciate all that they did!

They used dye to find the oil leak and figured out that the engine oil gasket was the culprit. They fixed it up and my car was running like a charm again. Jason, the mechanic, took the time to explain everything in detail, so I felt totally confident. The steering issue was a bit nerve-wracking, but Jason showed me how the tires had play in them and made me realize I had to tackle this problem head-on.
