Best service around, honest, and Rob is a sweet person. I used them at Old shop, bought a new vehicle in 2020 and haven't been back. But, with warranty over will go back to this place for service. read more

I always get great service , they have been servicing my car for 10-15 years , clean facilities!

I took my car in for the 70,000 mile check up today. I had no appointment I was there first in line at 8 o'clock and they did everything that needed to be done. Thank you so much for taking care of me. You are terrific. read more

Installed a headlight. They were busy that day but put me in the work List. I appreciated the flexibility in getting it done. read more

Sudden problem with my car, trouble with transmission, changing gears. Called Atlantic Was able to leave the car there early morning Received analysis within 4 hours. They are thorough, trustworthy, professional and cordial. read more

Atlantic was once the best service for your Mercedes in their Bethany location. Now they gave up on the ~$1,200 service and only seem to do older American made cars (mostly oil changes). So much for handling customers problems here at the vacation spot. Disappointed with their lack of certified mechanics to solve customer service issues. (I can change my own oil.) I can't handle more difficult issues I pay the experts. Now I have to go 1-2 hours away to get help! I miss the old local service reps. I don't need an oil change. Disappointing attitude also. read more

Excellent service and very fair pricing. I only had routine service performed but I would recommend them.

Last May I was on vacation with a air conditioning failure with my 2019 GMC 3500 HD. I called them in the afternoon and they got me in early the next morning. One hour shop time and all was fixed. Great Service. From Maine read more

They care about your car and stand by their work. It is so hard to find a good mechanic you can trust--this is the place!

Was told my master cylinder was bad in addition to my power brake booster. I knew it had a bad brake booster. I was told the master cylinder was leaking into the booster and all had to be replaced. I was curious, if my cylinder was leaking , why did I still have a cylinder full of fluid? It was going to cost me between 12 and 13 hundred dollars. I did see my vehicle was not moved from thesoptI had left it a week prior. I decided to replace the powerbrake booster myself. I found the master cylinder to be in perfect shape. All toll it cost me 82$ for the booster and 5hrs of my time. Atlantic use to be quite customer oreinted, not so anymore. I don't think my vehicle was even looked at before the mech.decided what was needed. Will be looking for a new repair shop. read more

My new Mercedes was left with two huge dents that were not there when I dropped the car off. I called numerous times, sent pictures and was continuously ignored. I wouldn't trust them with anything!!! def will NOT be going back next year for my maintenance. read more

Atlantic Auto Repair - This is one of the two dents left. - Auto Repair Near Me - Millville, Delaware

Stopped by AA in Millville, DE for a possible battery problem. They were kind and honest. They checked my battery and alternator and found nothing wrong. The charge? $35.00. Where can you go and have you vehicle checked for $35.00? Good people! I highly recommend. read more

Great place, trustworthy is the word I value most in a mechanic. Just wish that less people knew about this place because it's hard to get an appointment. I know it's a selfish thought!! I highly recommend it!!! read more

I had a oil leak that I couldn't quite determine it's original departure area. Atlantic Auto quickly determined what was the culprit, called me with price to fix. I asked for an additional maintenance service to be done and by the following day all was done at less then quoted. What more could one ask for 1) work done 2) additional work done 3) NO SURPRISES 4) Thank You for great work done! read more

The owner is extremely kind! We got a screw in our tire of vacation and noticed it while out shopping. He walked right over to our car and fixed the hole! read more

Wasted 2 days of my life that I'll never get back thanks to the condescending, know-it-all, staff at AA. They claim to do "emergency repairs", yet they couldn't check a wheel for safety within 2 days, then reneged on their agreement to help unless I agreed to possible major charges in advance at which time I had no choice except to take my vehicle back in a possibly unsafe condition. read more

Excellent, efficient and prompt. I took my tire in which unfortunately had a screw in it. Thought I might have to buy a new tire because it was close to the sidewall. Atlantic fixed it within two hours. Thanks Atlantic! read more

Not like they were before they moved, got too big for their britches. Unfortunately No longer friendly people. At one time they were very eager to help you but no longer so sad so many businesses forget where they get their paychecks from. read more

A simple oil change was requested and that is what I got. Included was lube inspection and excellent service.

I wound up with a pretty large bolt in the tread of my run-flat tire. Most places I called said they would not work on a run flat and suggested I get a new tire. Atlantic said they'd try a patch, but if that didn't work, they'd have to order a tire. I brought the car in and later in the day they called me to say they had successfully patched the tire - and even though had to modify the patch because the bolt was so big, it was holding and they had checked it multiple times that day to make sure it would hold. Very happy with the the service and professionalism. read more

Had a great experience here, the workers were nice, fixed my vehicle and prices were fair.

My husband dropped off our Lexus at Atlantic Auto repair a couple days ago, My husband asked the guy at the front desk if they would do a transmission fluid flush and he said yes, turns out that they only put 4 Qt's in, when it calls for 12 Qt's. when we call in today and asked the manger about them only putting in 4 Qt's, The owner said they do not even do the transmission flush. Also my husband told him that they left the windows down in our car sitting out in there parking lot, after they ware closed for the night, lucky we had an extra key so we could close them. He could at least apologize for their mistake but he said " oh ok " " and thank you for closing them up" We are really upset if I can give them a 0 star I would. Very disappointed. read more

Wonderful and fast service! While visiting DE on a family trip, my mom and I experienced brake trouble. Local relatives suggested this shop and we could not be more pleased. Rob squeezed us in on a busy weekend and quickly determined a minor issue that he resolved in under two hours at an extremely reasonable price. It really saved us and our trip. Called and asked if they could change oil on BMW. Answer was yes. After driving car 4 miles after oil change engine light came on. Drove back to garage and they connect to computer and it was a timing issue with engine. Do not drive it and it was just a coincidence that light came on after oil change. Took to BMW dealer and it cost me $121.00 to learn Atlantic put on different cap after changing oil. I have taken the BMW to other local garages in the past with no issues. Be warned they do not have knowledge to perform a oil change on the model. The dealer showed me both caps side by side and there is a obvious difference. Not happy and lesson learned. read more

I was on vacation in Bethany Beach when I had car troubles. I called the shop, and they said I could bring in the car; they would work on it that day. A few hours later, my car was done. Very pleased with everything.. They were courteous, professional and affordable. Highly recommended. read more

Awesome. Can't say enough good things. My wife was staying in Fenwick with some coworkers when she ran into issues with some fasteners popping lose on the plastic guards under the front of the car. Was scraping the ground when backing up, making a horrendous noise. She showed up with no appointment on a Tuesday morning just after opening. They fixed it in a jiffy and didn't want to charge for the time or parts. Don't find standup businesses like that anymore. read more

Experiencing car trouble while on vacation is a nightmare! Not knowing where to go for reliable service without getting taken advantage of can add many grey hairs to your head! Lucky for us we were directed to Atlantic Auto Repair. They got us in quickly and we had our car back the same day we dropped it off. The mechanic went above and beyond and took time out of his lunch break to thoroughly explain the problem. He encouraged us to bring it back if we had any further problems and said he would take care of us to ensure we made it home on time. Even my husband was impressed! Honest business and people who care! read more

Used this business a few times for minor work, oil change, etc. and had no problems. However, when I needed work done because of an electrical problem I ended up paying $600. plus and left the shop with more issues than when I gave them the car. There advice was to take it somewhere else. read more

One of the worst car experiences ever. Took my Ranger in because it would not shift so they installed new master cylinders. Also told them the truck was pulling to the right and I needed an alignment. Picked the truck up and drove it home.....still pulling to the right and when I get home I noticed the gasket between the shifter cover and the floor board was laying on the floor. So I tried to lift the shifter cover up to see where it went and the entire shifter came off in my hands. Called Rob and he told me the same thing happened to him, whatever that means. So I told him he needs to come to my house, re-install it and make things right which is 2 miles away... and he says "so what do you want me to do drop what I'm doing and rush over there?" Yeah Rob I do!! It's called servicing your customer and making things right when you screw up. This attitude, unfortunately from the service manager, will trickle down to the mechanics and create an uncurable cancer within the shop. Good luck!! read more
