If I could leave 1000000/10 stars, I would.  I can't even leave a worthy enough review for Bill. After 9 months, I am waiting for BMW USA to come for a solution on a recall. I was told that there was a solution. So I went on Yelp and got contacted by Bill. 07/27 2:43pm. I sent the request on Yelp. 07/28 3:33pm. I was contacted by Bill with a couple of questions about my car. 07/28 12 10:43pm. I got an answer from Bill with an estimate. Which for me was very good. 07/29 10:42am. After contacting several towing companies, I messaged Bill and got me a tow truck for almost half the price I was estimated for. 07/29. In the afternoon, a tow truck was picking up my car. Also a very nice person to deal with. 07/31 2:57pm. I got a call from Bill that my car was ready. My car was parked for 9 months due to a recall from BMW about faulty motor mounts. In two days, Bill at Proficiency Automotive solves a problem that I'm still waiting for BMW USA to solve. The Proficiency Automotive name really stand for their service. Honesty, Reliability, and Very Professional. Even though I live in Rehoboth Beach, I've found my auto mechanic in Millsboro. I can't thank you enough, Proficiency Automotive and Bill. A couple days ago, I had to send my car to my local dealership for some recalls. They told me everything wrong with my vehicle, specifically my brakes and rotors. I requested on Yelp for a brake job for my pads and rotors and Bill responded quickly and efficiently giving me a quote. I was able to drop off my vehicle the next day that I scheduled an appointment and he recommended that I replace my calipers and rear tires as well. Bill was a genuine nice guy with great service that was reasonably priced (basically half the price that the dealership offered)! I also had a cosmetic issue with my bumper where it was flapping in the wind and without me even asking about it, he placed my bumper back into place. A safety recall on my 2003 Toyota Matrix made me go to a Toyota dealer, and of course they found several repairs the car needed. Over $400 they would have cost me. I called Proficiency Automotive. Bill gave good advice, saving me from a mistaken transmission flush. I brought the car in the next day, a day later all the work was done well, done neatly, done expertly, and for less than $200.
