His installation was flawless and he tuned the system to meet our needs. We're saving money every day as a result. I then asked Brendon about a mini split for my loft bedroom, which is consistently 10 degrees warmer than I'd like. My HOA can be challenging to deal with. While a difficult approach, Brendon routed the system through interior walls, reducing the external duct to something barely visible and incredibly discreet, guaranteed to put a smile on the most rigid HOA! The system is flawless, incredibly quiet and no longer makes me freeze my poor family to have one bedroom cooler. This is a huge improvement, and Brandon is wonderful to work with. He's such a gentleman, and so respectful. Finding someone you trust isn't easy, and finding someone who will do a perfect job because his standards won't let him do anything less is extraordinary. One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

Spend more money please. Come June the air conditioning does not work at all. Even if I had spent the money it wouldn't matter. And Top Flight wasn't sucking an extra $20 out of me and my 82 year old mother for six months. Now they sent me 6 invoices, SIX, saying I owe them $120 for NOTHING, just so they can hit us up for money when they stop by. They worked nearly the whole week at our house and it was a pleasure to have them here! They're super thorough. What little mess they did make, they cleaned up every day. They were also happy to show me exactly what they were doing whenever I popped my head up there. They arranged the system so we can still easily move through our attic and use it for storage.
