Particularly compared to all of the other computer companies out there! I called the number and an English-speaking person answered the phone. My amazement didn't stop there. They were really helpful, and they pointed me in the direction of their basic pc kit. They told me that it would have plenty of power for my daughter's needs and they explained that their instructions would teach her how to build a computer. They were right! And, it was refreshing that they didn't try to up sell me to a computer kit that was more than I needed. We had a couple questions during the build process, and we shot them a quick email. They responded same-day and got us back on track. I suppose the reason I wanted to post this company on Yelp is because I am so tired of how the computer and software companies have destroyed any semblance of customer service. This company wowed me, and I wanted you all to know. Not to mention, this computer kit idea is a great way to get a PC. For the price, we got a lot more power than the pre-assembled computers I looked at. And, now we know how to upgrade our own computer, so I'm sure we will save a bunch of money in years to come.
