Went in for a computer repair. I was pleased with the repair but then a saleswomen talked me into a USB wireless adapter. After researching the item I found out she charged me 4X the price others were selling it for. I attempted to return it and she said no returns. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. I needed set up of a new laptop and transfer of the old hard drive info. Because the Geek Squad wasn't taking calls these past 2 days, I asked friends for local recommendations. "The guy around the corner from the Post Office (Matt) was recommended and made a bad day become a better one. He's funny, is knowledgeable, and offered suggestions as well as answered my every question. I've gone from trying to work through it myself and becoming frustrated to I'll just have him take care of it (within reason). We recently had difficulties with our iPad that were beyond our score...searching the internet and checking YELP led us to call Adel.... A very pleasant voice suggested that we make an appt and someone would be avail... The mutual appt was within 2 hrs. We arrived and Matt, the owner, was literally waiting for us.
