I purchased a computer kit from this company Easy As My PC as a gift for my daughter. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Particularly compared to all of the other computer companies out there! I called the number and an English-speaking person answered the phone. My amazement didn't stop there. They were really helpful, and they pointed me in the direction of their basic pc kit. They told me that it would have plenty of power for my daughter's needs and they explained that their instructions would teach her how to build a computer. They were right! And, it was refreshing that they didn't try to up sell me to a computer kit that was more than I needed. We had a couple questions during the build process, and we shot them a quick email. They responded same-day and got us back on track. I suppose the reason I wanted to post this company on Yelp is because I am so tired of how the computer and software companies have destroyed any semblance of customer service. This company wowed me, and I wanted you all to know. Not to mention, this computer kit idea is a great way to get a PC. For the price, we got a lot more power than the pre-assembled computers I looked at. And, now we know how to upgrade our own computer, so I'm sure we will save a bunch of money in years to come. I looked at a vintage single that had noticeable whitening, surface wear, and marks on the artwork, yet it was described and priced as if it were in significantly better condition. When I raised concerns about the card's state, I was given an explanation of grading standards, but the asking price remained far above what comparable damaged copies sell for. That left me feeling that condition labels and pricing were not being applied consistently. This is not about trying to negotiate a lower price. I'm comfortable paying fair market value for the right condition. My concern is that condition descriptions did not match the actual state of the cards. I also previously purchased a card labeled as moderately played that had a visible stain on it. I was able to clean it myself, but had I not known how to do that, I would have ended up with a damaged card at a higher-than-appropriate price. I still think the shop has a strong selection and is worth visiting, especially for sealed product and general browsing. I would just recommend that buyers carefully inspect singles before purchasing. I hope future visits return to the positive experiences I had before
