Once I finally got ahold of her to meet and sign the documents she ran my card information made it back to the court system and within 20 minutes the individual I attempted to post bail for had a new charge - after calling every court system and department of records back and forth I quickly learned there were no pending charges what so ever. When I confronted Christina she told me that I didn't know what I was talking about (and neither did the department of records apparently) but I would be getting a refund for the funds I put down. I never received a refund and when I went to post the full amount of bail I ran into no mystery charges from the court. This place is a complete joke and does not care about you and your loved ones.

I didn't feel like they were withholding information or just trying to make their money. They seem HUMAN. They do accept partial down payments, which may be good for you, but in my case, it was the reason why I didn't use their services. (I've never bailed anyone out of jail before so when I received a special request to do so, I felt really awkward and unprepared. After learning the full financial spectrum of what it would mean to bail someone out who has only made a partial payment to the bail bondsman, I realized that it wasn't for me.) If the situation called for it, I'd use these guys because they seem very trustworthy. A+ review for a service I didn't use? Yes. Hopefully you will never be in that situation to understand why.
