Mike was awesome, he had my screen fixed and was able to fix another issue that I had which was previously looked at by another shop back home and was told it was unrepairable. Professionalism is a rare thing today. Yet, Mike displayed an ample amount recently when I began to experience technical difficulties with a program we utilize that enhances our services. I have to be brutally honest. I am not technically savvy yet; Mike was PATIENT with me & my wife to help us resolve our issue. YOU MUST READ THIS E-MAIL!!! I have never met Mike, the owner of Geek Tweek. I was not even one of his customers. But, last night at midnight my computer stopped working while I was working on my dissertation! My prayers dissolved into tears when I was still up at 2:30 a.m. begging my computer to work. Okay, so, I stopped crying and at 7:30 this morning, I found Mike's number and I called him. Remember, this is a person whom I've never met. Well, ladies and gentlemen, Mike spent over an hour, texting me through different options until my computer worked!!! WHAT CAN I SAY? Mike is unbelievable. Not only did he continue to work with me, during the process, he continuously texted reassuring messages to me. Go, figure!!! Oh! Did I mention that he had me send him pictures of my laptop screen after each suggestion? Here's the bottom line: I do not trust easily. I think everybody is out to make a quick buck with lousy service. How refreshing it is to know that Mike has single handedly restored my faith that there are extraordinary, competent people out there who will honor their customers with terrific service. So, here's my recommendation to you: RUN, don't walk to Geek Tweek. Mike has made me his customer for life, and once he's worked with you, you will be too! You can thank me later!
