After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

The absolute rudest staff, with zero technical skill. This place is worse than a joke. Took a functioning phone to have a screen replaced. 40 minutes later had a new screen and a completely not functional phone. Extraordinarily rude staff claimed they had absolutely no responsibility. Refused to offer any assistance. Said we should go have the SIM card checked at Verizon. I had to demand a refund. I had to demand to speak to a manager, who when he finally answered his phone, essentially called me a liar and absolved himself and his staff of any responsibility. He then hung up on me. If you have a problem, his name is Savas Abi, His phone number is 803-762-4034. He's a moron. A guard at the mall shared that this place is a complete ripoff - and has problems on the regular.
