Pricing was very fair, and I agreed to leave a deposit. I would highly recommend this small business.

The location kind of sneaks up on you, but if you look for Rita's Water Ice, its right across the…read morestreet. There's always parking. I started using them last year, 2015, because my sons started breaking their phones that have ridiculous insurance deductibles. I've been a regular since. They're quick, accurate and informative, they really do know their trade and even help with advice on things that I'm not there for. Their pricing is reasonable and accurate. At one point a friend told me they went to a different place for a cheaper price, so I called the other place, they told me a cheaper price over the phone (it was an iPhone 6s at the time), I drove to the other place and when I got there they told me a higher price that the person on the phone gave me misinformation. -_- really ... I left that store and drove here and still had time to get my phone fixed because they're open until 7pm which is also great because of my work hours. Needless to say I haven't ventured out to any other repair store since other than here - Phone Repair Plus. One time out of at least 6 times I've used them so far, after they fixed my son's phone I brought it home to him and I didn't know his password and when he turned it on he realized the screen was not registering when he pressed certain digits. I brought the phone right back and they fixed it, no questions asked, and it was good to go. They also give a warranty. The people are friendly and down to earth. Well I guess that's it, they're great and my go-to repair store! Been using them for a while so I figured it was yelp-worthy! Thanks!

We use Verizon phones that are off contract and they work great. The prices are roughly half what Verizon charges and the service and coverage is exactly the same. TT has also repaired Android and Apple phone for me and my friends on several occasions. I've referred dozens of people to him over the years. He started as a booth, basically, but his business has grown significantly. He's still located in the Newark Farmer's Market, just past the checkout lines. He's a remarkable man -- speaks English, Spanish, Hindi and perhaps one or two more languages. Wait times may be an issue if you go during lunch or after work. It's not unusual to see him working with 2-3 customers at once, doing a repair, testing a device, setting up new service... Go with an open mind and a measure of patience and you'll be fine.

I'd just embarked on a two-month trip away from home (heading into very remote areas for six weeks of that time) when my laptop charger stopped charging and my battery was rapidly depleting. I found DJM Computer Repair from its stellar reviews and immediately called Damian the day before arriving in Wilmington. Within minutes, he offered a likely diagnosis and suggested a couple of potential fixes while talking with me over the phone. I brought it in the next day and had a fully functional, refurbished laptop within hours.
