I live close but I would drive here if it took 90 minutes. I had 2 temperamental laptops but DJM kept them going for me, with fast service and good prices. One finally died last month and the other was going down too. I called Damien and asked him to keep an eye out for a good used laptop. He called back in two days to see a used 12 inch that was very nice and cheaper than new. He had not had a chance to check it but I bought it then and there. Some keys got stubborn but he backs his products for 90 days. He said it was a hardware and he would replace the keyboard. Talk about a Godsend!! We found Darian via a web search. Once we read the great reviews we knew THIS was the place to go. My computer decided to emit the horrid BLUE SCREEN. Being fairly savvy, I attempted the repair process. Nothing worked, so it was time to get professional assistance. Was I shocked to run into a gentleman who took his time to not only listen, but to diagnose and suggest a path forward. 10 days into self-isolation and my monitor stops displaying an image. I test the cables, I check the video card, I do everything that the internet suggests. No luck. So I google computer repair shops that are nearby and open. I call Damien and he calls me back the same evening. I go in the next day, explain my troubles, and watch him take my tower apart, diagnose the issue in minutes, transfer my video card and hard drive to a new (old) PC case he had handy, and work with me regarding the payment. Great service! My PC was running slow - thought I need more RAM. DJM set me straight, "Let me look at it first." Even though I always have the firewall on and constantly run virus scans, DJM still found piles of garbage. NOT viruses, but pieces of toolbars and the like that I elected NOT to add to my browser at some time in the past but were still on my PC and still connecting to the Internet (in the background). Even though this malware/adware was relatively mild mannered, there were so many they were dramatically affecting performance. Traveling from NC to DE to visit family I brought my small laptop to do some work. The Lenovo Yoga refused to charge and the franchise I purchased from was no help. I highly recommend DJM. My laptop had a cracked screen, and other shops recommended replacing the whole lid of the laptop.
